Acacia Mansion Hotel in Istanbul

Omar Nuri was incredibly helpful, much respect to him. The room was excellent and clean, with daily housekeeping. Breakfasts were superb. The staff are great, always ready to help! 👍👍👍

Very cool hotel, I liked everything, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

Location can cover the minuses. Staff is nice and helpfull.

Minus 1: room is smaller than in description. Only 11-12sqm max or less (in description it is 18sqm). It is room for 1 person, even no space to place the bags.
So minus to wrong or fool description.
The bed is very small, critically small. Bed sheets are old.

Minus 2: breakfast. Warm food only: boiled eggs, fries and very cheap sausages.
Very poor. Not worth it. Better to go nearest cafe and get food there, much better quality for same price.

A cozy and charming hotel in the historic part of Istanbul, very close to Sultanahmet Square. Excellent service, including assistance with luggage storage during an early check-in and late check-out. The staff is very polite and helpful, eager to resolve any issues and always ready to offer advice. The breakfasts are very filling and delicious; you won't be able to try everything. The juices are a special bonus, thank you! The price-quality ratio is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it myself if I ever return to Istanbul!

We really enjoyed our stay at Acacia Mansion Hotel. It’s a small, friendly place in the old European part of Istanbul — a fantastic location, with all the major sights within about a 20-minute walk. The area isn’t overly crowded, but there’s still plenty to see and do, and loads of great restaurants nearby.
The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. What I especially liked is that it didn’t feel sterile like some larger hotel chains — everything here felt authentic and full of character.
For our first night, we were in a triple room on the top floor. The single bed was actually a small sofa bed, but after chatting with the staff, they moved us the next day to a room with a proper single bed (the other room had been occupied that first night). They handled it really well.
Breakfast was excellent too — lots of choice, and you never felt rushed.
Overall, a fantastic little hotel in a great location. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to the team at Acacia Mansion Hotel!

The service was very friendly, and the location is in the heart of the old European district, within walking distance of the attractions.

However, the room was small, the Wi-Fi signal was weak, and the walk from the main road involved walking down several small, gravel-paved alleys, making it quite a hassle to lug a suitcase.

The owner is friendly, the breakfast is good, the location is convenient, and the surrounding area is perfect for leisurely strolls.

We liked the hotel, we stayed here in May - great location, clean room with a small balcony. But spacious, has everything you need. Breakfasts are buffet style, hearty. Very friendly hotel staff, I would like to thank Khalil separately - he helped with all the issues, told and explained everything. There is a transfer to the airport for an extra fee. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that there are no double-glazed windows in the room, and in the evening at night it can be quite noisy, plus there is a mosque nearby - take earplugs.

We had a rest in March 2025. We took a room (standard), it turned out to be small, but cozy. The room has heating, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, coffee. Cleaning was daily, and toiletries were also added. There is a hairdryer. The window of the room overlooked the roadway, but it was not noisy for us. We booked a room with breakfasts, they were on the first floor, in a cafe, from 8-00 to 10-30 in the morning. But you could have breakfast for 10 euros per person (buffet), if someone booked without breakfast. You can also have dinner here. The cook's name is Shakhnoza, she is from Tashkent, the girl speaks Russian well. Thanks to her! Her breakfasts are delicious, we ate with pleasure. We ate our fill! A young man helped her and us, unfortunately, we do not know his name. The cafe is always clean and cozy. Offered: boiled egg, French fries, sausages, omelette, cheese and sausage - several varieties, vegetables separately and in the form of snack salads, olives, greens. Coffee, tea, cakes, muffins, twitter, jam in assortment, as well as dried apricots, raisins and fruits. At the reception there are responsive administrators, we communicated through a translator, everything was clear. They always offered help. Upon departure they gave a box of Turkish delight, a small thing, but nice. The entire hotel staff is attentive and friendly. Thank you! We recommend the hotel.

Nice, cozy hotel, close to the old center, everything within walking distance. Breakfasts are included, modest but very filling! I recommend this hotel for your first acquaintance with St. Petersburg!
