We booked sea facing room nearly two weeks back before we arrived.
We came late night to check in and the guy says sorry there is no room available 😑😑 pathetic!
He gave our booked room to somebody else even without checking the id ..our room was checked in by some lady and my husbands id proof was attached to it.
This is so careless behavior.. fortunately we found a better place at 3am ..!
Please don't be so careless towards your clients.

The smell of cigarettes from the ventilation in the bathroom, the high humidity of the room, up to damp bed linen and towels. There are much more attractive options in the area for a very small surcharge. I advise you to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is in a central location, this is a very nice thing. These rooms are very clean. It is a suitable place for families.

Very cool place! Super clean (really kind cleaning lady comes almost every day). Super helpful and polite stuff (Tolga ❤️). WiFi works flawlessly (I thought it was bad at first but the issue was with my laptops power, I fixed it and it worked perfectly). We booked seaview room and it's gorgeous and very cozy. Beautiful mosque next door and a great area overall. Rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

Great view from the terrace!! At any time you can climb up and enjoy the beautiful views of the Bosphorus and the surrounding area, there are self-service area where you can prepare your own tea, coffee, lunch, etc. for free.

A cool hotel.The service is great.The view from the terrace is indescribable.WI-FI catches perfectly.Everything is close by.Next time if we visit Istanbul,we will choose this hotel and the same room (10).Thank you very much

Cheap and staff are helpfull but old and dirty the room is not the same as a picture. Great location but hard to find.
