I arrived to Istanbul and stayed at Sur Hotel. It was a fabulous experience from when I walked through the door and greeted by a young man named Royal. The room was excellent, very clean great hot water and equipped with a kettle and mini fridge . I enjoyed my stay that I extended it a month. Everyone is wonderful working here and the owners are excellent always making sure I had everything I needed! Thank you Sur Hotel I will be back ! 😻😻

During my recent stay here, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and willing to do everything in their power to ensure a pleasant stay. The welcoming atmosphere and hospitality truly made me feel at ease. Although it seemed bigger in the pictures, my room was clean and comfortable, thanks to the well-maintained facilities and well-maintained facilities. It was easy to explore the city thanks to the convenient location. Throughout my stay, I found this hotel to be fantastic and would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. SCAM ALERT!!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told our room was no longer available. They offered to lodge us in one of their adjacent hotels in a dark alleyway with no security, in a room with a foul odour full of moist and dirty bed sheets.
We refused and they refused to refund us our reservation and we had to find another hotel on our own.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the hospitality truly made me feel at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and my room was clean and comfortable though it looked bigger in the pictures but quite small. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The owners/runners of the hotel are very hospitable and kind. They made us Turkish coffee after we came back from exploring. They also assisted organizing us a taxi at 4am when we flew out.

We had the larger room (queen + 2 singles) and it was so comfortable.

Everything works, everything's very clean, multiple sets of towels, great WIFI.

The terrace is a beautiful spot to hang out.

Room was spacious overlooking the Marmara sea. Location was pretty close to blue mosque and Sultan Ahmet district. The best part was the host, Ms. Suna had been awesome and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here

We're from Malaysia, and visited Istanbul in Dec 2023. The room was a decent stay for a short period of time. Suna and Hassan are very hospitable. The breakfast prepared by Suna was fantastic as compared to the 4 star hotel. The sea view from the rooftop during our breakfast was splendid.
