Be careful do not even try to book in this hotel , pictures are totally different i just checked in this morning then i checked out now i paid around 150 usd and i left everything because its not refundable, the place its the worst because i booked a double room then they give a small room in the basement, when i said i cant stay there as it was scary for me he gave me a room in the sixth floor where there no elevator, imagine when i was leaving he did not even ask why , what u did not like can we do something to improve our service no he said ok goodbye!!!!!!!! The location was horrible very far from everything and its really hard to find the hotel this is the worst experience of my life .
The hotel is located in a small hill a few minutes from Taksim Square, in a quiet area from the chaotic and noisy Istanbul. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast. Availability for any information and help 24 hours a day, Serkan, the friendliest and kindest person ever met, tries to help you and please you in every way. Thanks for everything!

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
