Exelent location. Very kind and helpful manager. Two blocks from Taksim square, and very easy to go everywhere. Nice and confortable rooms, with very complete services. Clean and silence place. Very nice.

Away Suite is a very nice establishment - the location is perfect (walking distance to istanbul's major attractions, close to all public transportation lines including bus to airports, restaurants, supermarkets.. You name it.. But all the while in a nice and quiet area). The room was clean and warm, and the manager is a very friendly and welcoming person (he upgraded our room for free which was really nice). The manager is also very resourceful and helpful when it comes to all things Istanbul :). I recommend the hotel :)
The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, the location as well - it is a walking distance to Istiklal street and there are places to eat and supermarkets nearby.

We booked this room from booking because it has a quite high score. The score is definitely overrated. The room is very old, noisy. The shower area is like only 0.5 square meter. we were wondering why it has such a high score, it should be a hotel with score around 4 to 5. When we left the hotel we found there is a "ten" score on booking from our order. the same situation happened on our friends who travel together. We
called booking and explained this strange situation. The staff from booking found that the score is sent with language setting in 'Turkish'( we don't understand Turkish). Guess that is because when we checked in, the hotel staff asked to have our phone to
see booking order number. Maybe he changed the language setting at that time.

Overated!
The hotel furnitures are outdated. We booked 2 connected room. The airconditioning in one of the room wasn't working. They sent the technician which was very rude and he said he thinks the room is warm enough ( the temperature outside was around 9 degree)
The breakfast isis very basic and doesn't worth the. The bathroom was stink and the toilet seat was broken.
The hotel water wasn't warm enough and didn't have an adequate pressure.
We had to cancel our booking and look for another place. Overall our experience wasn't good and we were very disappointed. This hotel is definitely over rated and doesn't have value for the money they are charging.
***And to reply on the owner's response, we absolutely didn't ask for a free transport, he gave us an options how to get to the hotel from the airport transport shuttle but, taxi and the luxury van which we choose to arrange it ourselves.

Very nice place to stay in, 3 min walking to the tube station and Taksim square. The staff is super hot and welcoming, always here to help specially Ohran. The suits are clean an tidy. Flexible in check and check out if you request it. I would definitely come back ☺️

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
