Great customer service and friendly staff; very stylish, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable for a long stay. Parking is also a big plus. Very quiet despite the central location. We will definitely visit again :)

The staff was so friendly and I love the room set up. It included an electric stove, a washing machine, a tv that you can rotate either towards the bed or the seating area, and a safe box. The front desk as well as the young man that helped carry my bags were very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here.
The only thing that I didn’t like was one of the sandwiches I ordered from room service made me feel pretty sick but I think it’s a third party restaurant and not connected to the hotel.

It was a good location of the hotel. Very close to public transportation, easy to reach, surrounded by different markets where you can find most of your needs. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. We had some issues such as the AC was not working in the room, they could fix it only on the 2nd day. Also, service is quite weak. Hair dryer was not working but they brought us a new one once we asked for it. On the 2nd day of our stay, there was no touch up for the room and unfortunately we didn’t even receive the items that we asked for from the reception. Overall, it was good experience for the price.

I stayed 6 days at this suite with my sisters and I have to recommend this suite/hotel to anyone coming into Istanbul! I enjoyed my stay here and I would come back again. I found nearly all receptionists friendly and polite and very helpful. The first thing you look at is the cleanliness in the rooms and it was clean, couldn’t find a fault. Love the fact that they have a small kitchen, allowing you to make any drinks and store beverages in the fridge. Bed and sofa were all comfortable. Bathroom/toilet clean and tidy. Any time I asked for anything the staff were quick to respond. Rooms were cleaned when asked and cleaned good in my opinion. Location is fairly quiet, with a few supermarkets round the corner which comes in handy when you need to buy anything. My whole experience there was excellent. Thank you for making our stay and holiday in Istanbul worth it.

Great small studio room with cooker, in location near to Barbaros blv and Zorlu shopping centre. Great economical price consider the prices of other hotels in the area.

The staff were helpful enough BUT I would NOT recommend it. The rooms are below par and STINK of smoke. I could barely breathe. We cancelled our long term stay to just one night because of this. Rather spend more money and stay elsewhere.

I’ve never seen anything like this !
The man working at the reception made a racist comment on my name saying that I have a weird name , thinking I wouldn’t understand Turkish ! But I do because I’ve been living in this country for a decade .

The rooms smell like cigarettes so much so that we can’t breath !

The Elevator has no direction of floors , you keep going up and down .

The outside sign is so small it’s hard to find the space

MOST importantly I booked for a day ( booked the room 10 am for a night ) and they said I have to leave the room at 9 pm same day ( less than 24 hours ) I don’t even get to spend the night !
Unfortunately staff have a very bad attitude too

PERFECT! My first time in Istanbul and it started with a terrible hotel experience but when I found this hotel everything changed. Went just to ask if they had free rooms and the 2 guys I first met was so kind and friendly. Some of them knew english very well which made our stay even easier and good. Perfect rooms so clean and tidy. Staff was there 24/7 and they was really really helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because its worth paying for it. Everything was so good so I dont know what to say first. Im seeing some bad reviews for this hotel and I think they talk nonsense. I really enjoyed staying there and if I would go again in Istanbul I wont even look for any hotels but just call them. Thanks for making our holidays perfect.
