• The location was good.
• The cleanliness of the bed linens was poor, with stains.
• The shower/toilet and furniture need to be updated.
• Daily room cleaning was good.
• The room was cold because the heating was broken and hadn't been repaired. No solution was found for this, and we were told it would be fixed the next day (but we left by then).

Very good conditions, everything was clean, and the view from the window was beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay

It doesn't have any special facilities, but the location is good.

The room was untidy and poorly maintained, with many items in need of repair. Air conditioning / heating were installed, but they did not work. The room was also very dark, as there was no ceiling light or chandelier. By the third day of my stay, the poor lighting caused eye strain which made the experience even more uncomfortable.

It's located on Taksim. If you don't plan to go clubbing, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's very noisy outside. You can hear the music from the clubs.

I love alot the location of the hotel and the friendly treatment of the receptionist in all issues.
The only thing i didnt love and i think the hotel need to find a solution to it is the cleaness of the room and the house keeping team.
They dont clean the room if you dont told them and if they clean the room they dont put all the missing items in the rooms always we have a complaint about no towels and no tissues in the room.
Otherwise all were good.

Great location, nice view from the 4th floor room overlooking the city roofs and a bit of the sea.

The location is pretty good, the train station is about five to ten minutes away, and the airport bus station is about fifteen minutes away.

+ Very close to Taksim square, metro, funicular and tram. Supermarket is very close as well. Be ready to walk up and down Clean, warm, good tea/coffee set Manager at receiption helped us to call taxi to the airport- From window I see building under repairing

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
