A very cozy hotel in a convenient location – it's an easy walk to the tram and main attractions. The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are very attentive and helpful – they'll assist with calling a taxi and looking after your luggage. The hotel itself is in a historic building, so there's no elevator, and breakfast is served on the veranda. It's probably more suitable for warmer seasons, but with a warm tea on the veranda, it's quite comfortable even in January. Plus, there's a lovely cat living at the hotel – she's well-behaved and affectionate.

Everything was great. There was a Russian-speaking receptionist, friendly staff, and excellent breakfasts. Complimentary tea, coffee, and drinking water were provided. The room had a kettle, refrigerator, and safe. The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and shower gel were also provided. Bed linens were changed less frequently, but I can't say how often. The area was good; there was a supermarket nearby that was open until 10 p.m. There were plenty of cafes with good food (I recommend this one, Emin Sinan, Piyer Loti Cd. No:34, 34130 Fatih/İstanbul, Turkey).

We stayed here for a couple of weeks. The location is amazing, so many good places nearby to taste Turkish cuisine and to explore the city, close to the sea side and also train station. The front-desk was very friendly and helpful, Multilingual for your needs. The room was very clean and kept well, room service was working hard i saw them a lot, doing chores. They are really good people. This hotel is a hidden gem, it is way too cheap for such good service.

It's conveniently located in the scenic area and very quiet. The room was spacious and had a nice terrace for drying clothes. They also provided laundry service for 10€ per load, which was very convenient. Because our family room was in the attic, the air conditioning took a long time to cool.

The prices near the hotel are very different from the normal prices. This hotel is also relatively old and very average. It is not very bad, nor is it very good. The hotel's slippers are as thin as cicada wings. They provide a lot of water and also gave us a converter.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. It is very close to the main attractions. There are many restaurants around. The disadvantage is that there are few lights in the room and the brightness is low, which makes it very dark at night, giving people a bad experience. It is recommended to replace it with a brighter light.
