We had a wonderful stay of 8 nights, thanks in large part to the extremely helpful and hospitable staff. We were always greeted with a smile, and the reception team fulfilled every request even before our arrival. They offered great advice on places to visit, how to get around, and where to eat.
The room was comfortable and cleaned daily.
If I return to Istanbul, I will almost certainly stay here again.
