Great facilities and a good location, right by the main road. The only downside was that I had to wait over two hours to check in after the official check-in time, which was quite a shame.

Arrived at apartment. Sign said contact by watsapp. I do not have internet in a foreign country. Thankfully a local hotel had already given me internet to find the place as it was getting dark. And now it was dark so I went back up the hill took my 22kg suitcase back up the 20 steep steps to main road and reconnected. Watsapp end the person. He said need directions I said no I’ve been once
Went back and 10 mins someone turned up took me to a different place. No pictures as the one light didn’t make room bright enough. Basically room with a window to a wall. A kettle which was broken. A fridge not plugged in and that’s it. I booked an apartment and I had no facilities. Also air con said could change to hot. This is not true. I slept in my clothes as I was that cold. Noise alll night from a room nearby and people in and out all night. I was leaving early. So not good. Also not enough toilet paper for one visit.to the toilet.

Waited over 45 minutes in the cold rain, with no front desk whatsoever and absolutely no one to contact. Had no choice but to go to another hotel. Three hours after I requested to cancel, I received a WhatsApp message saying I could check in normally, but by then I had already checked into a hotel in a different area. Was I supposed to go back? And I didn't get a refund. Luckily, I only booked for one day, which was only about ten dollars. I will never come back here again. Do NOT book this place!!!!

I don't recommend choosing this hotel. It's a scam hotel, I fell for the cheap price. I regret not checking the reviews on Google Maps first. I tried to cancel the reservation, but couldn't.

The room was nice and the location was strategic. However, the doorknob was a bit problematic, making it a little difficult to open and close the door. But overall, it was good! 😍

This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment hotel I've ever stayed in. First, they tried to put me in a different building, and when they realized I was alone, they outright suggested a dog kennel. After arguing with them, we finally went back to the original building. They gave me room 101 on the ground floor, which had a persistent damp smell, laminate flooring warped from moisture, and baseboards covered in some kind of powder – clearly, cockroaches would have been sharing this 'paradise' with me. Everything was pretty much in this condition, and the most interesting part is that you can't cancel the booking due to the terrible conditions; the owners think everything is fine and there's nothing wrong with the room. So I had to book other accommodation because it was unpleasant to even be there, let alone sleep. In short, a nightmare.

Worst experience it's nit a hotel is 150 years old abandoned building all photos are fake news they are cheating yhey are showing something n giving some thing telling cancel thru website money. Will return bug bed bugs filthy smell I didn't sleep I don't know trip .com how allowing such a scams

- The worst thing about that place were the bedbugs - a lot of them, we got stung all over! It really hurts, and the bites don't heal after almost a week, so be careful! To get inside the place, you need to have a working Turkish number, preferably with Internet - there's no one at the location and no clear pre-instruction on how to get inside. The internet worked properly only at the stairs near the router, inside the room the signal was weak and often disappeared. The door lock is so terrible that we couldn't open it for 10 minutes, we were just stuck there. I didn't expect the kitchen to be clean (and it wasn't), but the electric kettle was filled with rotten milk, really disgusting. There is no switch in the shower between the tap and the actual shower. The AC and TV didn't work, and only two lamps out of 4 on the ceiling provided some dim light in the evenings. The room for three people had only two chairs.

I had a great experience overall! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the service was fast and professional. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained - especially the rooms and common areas. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh. I definitely enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone visiting

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
