The staff were friendly and helpful. But we didn’t enjoy even a bit our stay at this hotel. The hotel room 206 was very old and dirty. The walls, the window, the floor and especially the bathroom were beyond the worst.
1. The floor was sticky and covered with long hair.
2. The beds were uncomfortable, the bed sheets were very old and had fuzz balls, what we found extremely disgusting. The blanket was stinky!! It smelled like sweat :(
3. The walls were dirty (see the photos). And they were so thin that we could hear people talking in the next room every single night! We didn’t sleep even a night during our stay. You could hear everything even from the room that were not next to ours. Other people were smoking in their rooms and the smell of cigarettes was of course in our room as well. That was disgusting as well.
4. The main door was old and had holes on the sides and bottom.
5. The bathroom smelled like mould :/ and was extremely dirty. Please check the photos, it is impossible to describe.
6. Our stay was at the end of December when it was cold. The AC was not working properly and it was freezing cold in our room at nights.
7. The breakfast was not good. Some products were expired.

* The location is perfect (5 minutes walk to Taksim)
* Good price

Great hotel in the middle of Taksim Square, 10mins walk from the airport coaches, clean and big rooms, hot shower and a comfy bed. Friendly and welcoming staff on the reception desk. Lovely breakfast prepared by hotel staff Meryem and a friendly person to get tour advice and recommendations. Will definitely come back again.

Had a great stay here. Room was very comfortable. Had great nights sleep. Much quieter than some areas of Istanbul.
Muhammed the manager was a fantastic host. Always helpful and friendly.
Sorted me with a ground floor room as I'd cycled into Istanbul and needed to be able to store my bike in the room.

Disappointing Stay at Feedback Endless Suites Taksim**
While the hotel’s location near Taksim Square is convenient, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not as clean or comfortable as advertised—photos online are misleading. The bathroom was in poor condition, with non-working lights initially (later "fixed" with a questionable explanation), and the A/C was unreliable throughout our stay.
The staff were polite at first, offering fake upgrades and warm welcomes, but their assistance was superficial. Despite multiple complaints, the A/C kept failing, leaving the room unbearably hot. Excuses like "the electrician isn’t available" or "we forgot to turn it on" were frustrating.
Breakfast was mediocre, mostly pre-packaged items. The only positive was the proximity to Taksim Square.
**Warning:** The reception misled us about public transport, claiming it takes 3-4 hours to the airports—this is false. We used it during peak hours and reached in about an hour.
**Verdict:** Would not recommend to friends or family. Poor maintenance, deceptive practices, and subpar comfort.
