I liked everything, the rooms are excellent, the food is delicious and in general the hotel itself is very good!

0 star worst experience ever I reserved a room through booking unfortunately it was never like reality. The hotel is so much dull not clean on a strong street rise which makes it difficult to go and come back easily. I paid the whole amount before arriving but when I reached I was soooo much disappointed and depressed . THE OWNER is sooooo much mean and not cooperative at all. I left directly the second day leaving 6 days reservation without a single compensation. He refused to help although all the reviews and photos were deceiving. The smell of the rooms and breakfast is really disgusting and cats are hanging around all buffet. It was really a nightmare I lost 700 dollar for a deceiving person, reviews and photos PLease don't ever never try it

Lovely hotel in a great location, rooms perfect for what you need on a city break, really nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice, staff very helpful and friendly, would recommend to anyone coming to Istanbul

A very bad hotel, I do not recommend it at all, bad treatment from all the hotel staff and their faces are frowning, and there is a woman who prepares breakfast with a frowning face all the time and a repeated breakfast in the same way every day without order 🤦🏻♀️ With the exception of only one person, Mr. Bora, who receives guests with love and smiling face, I thank him for that, but the rest, unfortunately, unfortunately, this is the first reason not to repeat our visit to this hotel, unfortunately, it is a bad hotel that I do not recommend at all.

Everything was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!!

I checked out early the next morning, so I stayed there without meals. Therefore, I rated the service as "average." It's on the side of a hill, so it may be a bit difficult to walk there. It was generally quiet at night, so I was able to sleep well.

Rooms are not bad, but I had problems with check-in and the room I booked was wrongly advertised as sea view.
Also, they gave me a smoking room first and the smell was terrible. They moved me into a non-smoking room that shower was depressing, too much mould. And hair on the bed as shown in picture.
Most of staff was really nice, what made me give a better review than my first impression.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to a bus stop and the ferry and not far from the airport metro. The breakfast was great and the room was massive. My only complaint is that it was next to a school and I'm a light sleeper, but would definitely recommend
