Fantastic place near by Sultan Ahmed place for shopping and restaurants easy you can get the transportation train metro and bus near by Sea the view it's romantic. I will not forget the delicious 😋 breakfast. All the stuff are kind and helpful

A wonderful hotel with very kind staff. The sea-view rooms are beautiful and the terrace is fantastic. You can sit on the terrace and enjoy your coffee.

There was a problem with my room on the first night. I was given an upgrade but only for that night, so I couldn't unpack.
The Lift broke on 2nd day - I was on the 3rd (top) floor and the spiral staircase was dark and slippery.
Only 59% of the fixtures and lights work.
Sockets hanging off the wall (in the bathroom!)
None of the mirrors are hung straight! (A silly point, but annoying)
Rain shower didn't work and most of the taps and pipework covers are missing.
The shower adjustment between scalding and freezing is less than 1mm of movement on a clunky tap.
The pillows are lumpy foam cube filled things. Very uncomfortable.
The bed sheets are rough and starchy.

The room was dirty, the bed linen was not even changed from the previous guests, I asked for clean bed linen and changed it myself. There was no soap in the bathroom, we bought it ourselves, there was a lot of hair all over the room and bathroom. The location is good, the staff is friendly but we had to ask for what we needed like a kettle. We got an iron. The boy who is always there in the hotel brought a plate of fruit one evening, I thought it was a gift from the hotel, but he asked for compensation for it and for taking out the suitcase. Breakfast was identical every day, poor. I would never book this hotel again. The good thing in the room was that we had a bathtub for relaxation. The toilet was falling apart, the whole hotel needs renovation.

The hotel is good, we liked the location, it's close to the metro, the bathroom didn't work a couple of times and there was no hot water, the breakfast was good

The room was nice, but the only drawback was the address. The labels are not clear and it is difficult to find a taxi. The reception and restaurant services are very good.

The boss was very nice. He upgraded our room for free and took us to learn about the local customs. The breakfast is also delicious, with local specialties.

The hotel is quite acceptable. Its price is quite affordable. I don't see the point in paying 2-3 times more to stay in other hotels. Holidays in Istanbul mean being outside the hotel all day. You only need a hotel to sleep at night and take a shower. The staff is kind, fulfilling all requests and wishes. We had 5 rooms and check-out was at 14:00. We were allowed to stay in our rooms without any problems or extra charges. We were always treated to free coffee in the lobby. In general I recommend

Sea view, the room is well soundproofed. There are many cafes and shops nearby.
