+ Location is good, it's quite near the metro Levent. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time looking for it in a google maps when I arrived, but it was near. It was late at night and I couldn't ask anyone. I recommend to draw a map / route from the metro, for example, and attach it to the pictures of the hotel. Overall, the staff is kind and hospitable.
- Unfortunately, almost no one speaks English. Only one lady at the reception can speak English. I think if the hotel is international, it's necessary to know it. I would recommend to add yoghurt to the breakfast menu.

My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t reach my room on the fifth floor. However, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, tidy, and a decent size. Everything was to my liking

Very nice place for a reasonable price. The owner and staff are friendly, they did all they could to make experience pleasant. Breakfast is modest, but it was OK for a two-day stay.

Friendly staff and owner,everything was perfect i stayed 5 days with my fiance,very reasonable price,cleaning rooms and we enjoyed our stay very much.Perfect location for everything,historical places,tram stations,restaurants,coffe shops, and pub. A really recommended staying here.

I stayed in a single room for 1 night i.e. checked in on 29 Sep 2023. Mahmut Tuncer is the reservation manager with whom I spoke and stayed in touch during my Türkiye trip. He helped me a lot in terms of reconfirmation & booking the service for the coming days. Hotel Gül staff are helpful and polite in behavior and their hotel is good. In terms of rates, I felt the Ìstanbul per night rates are higher than other cities in Türkiye but still I booked very last minute so good to stay in the main city location. I recommend tourists or travelers to consider this property if you are planning to stay in this area.

The room was good all in all.
The neighborhood seemed safe. I arrived and left very late at night and it was completely ok.
