You get what you pay for here.The hotel was not perfect, but it served its purpose if you want to be close to everything. Parking is limited and first come, first serve. Our room had a noticeable smell, the A/C didn’t work, and we had to ask for basic things like towels. There was no soap provided for washing hands, and the neighborhood itself was not very quiet. The pictures online made the property look a lot different than it does in person.

That being said, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and the general/common areas were actually quite nice. Despite the issues, the location and friendliness of the staff made it convenient enough that we would consider staying here again.

Horrible stay. Although our reservation clearly stated a 1:00 PM check-in, the receptionist informed us it was 3:00 PM and only allowed us into the room then, despite our previous request for an early check-in around 11:00 AM. Similarly, while the check-out time was listed as 12:00 PM, they insisted it was 11:00 AM. The room we were given bore no resemblance to the photos online. Their pictures are completely fake and misleading. The room itself was incredibly awful. Water was dripping from the ceiling directly onto the toilet. The door was difficult to open and close. The room was on the garden level, but it was in a confined, damp space. In summary, this hotel is entirely deceptive.

We stayed on the 3/F of the building without an elevator. The fortune part was that the staff helped us to take most of the luggages into our room. The worst part was that we had to walk 3 floors every day at least 2 times. Our room was dirty and toilet was not cleaned at all, we found a slipper under our bed. The lighting was dark.

The photos shown on the website aren’t exactly what we see. Would recommend this hotel to do some renovation works sooner or later.

The staff are quite helpful but the breakfast wasn’t suitable for our taste, cold dishes with breads and coffee!

The location is okay, easy to access to most of the tourist points.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in March 2025. The location was excellent, as it was close to all the major tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Breakfast options were limited but fresh, including cheese, bread, jam, tomato slices, apple slices, a boiled egg, cucumber slices, and orange slices, served with tea or coffee.

The staff was friendly and helpful, though we noticed that a kettle jug for tea or coffee was not provided in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The room was fairly clean, but there is some room for improvement.

One issue we experienced was a loud noise early in the morning on our second day, possibly from goods being unloaded nearby. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

That being said, the hotel was affordable and had a restaurant with a lovely view, which was a nice highlight. We had read many positive reviews before our visit, but our experience didn’t fully match those expectations.

Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with a great location, but there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
