Good hotel with the best service. Near station tram, just walking to hagia sophia. Receptions and the room boy at night are very kind. Very comfortable for us and recommended.

Overall, it's a good spot to stay, super close to all the touristy stuff, and the staff are really nice and helpful! The rooms are clean, and they clean them every day.
Minuses are only:
Breakfast gets a bit boring if you're there for more than a few days, though. And the view from the window is just the wall of the building next door. Plus, the WiFi is pretty bad and kept cutting out.

The staff provided very friendly and professional service. The area was calm and pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the accommodation offered very good value for money.

I don’t advise you stay in an economy room as they are on the first floor and are not very clean nor nice. Very nice location. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. WiFi is poor. And bathrooms are not the nicest. Overall 3/5 stay for the price.

Praise for the friendly staff. Even in the rain, they saw us off and carried our suitcases to the taxi. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. The only small problem was that the internet was bad in the evening. Location was fantastic. I highly recommend it.Katic i Erceg Familie

Excellent hotel, excellent location, in the old city centre with main historical buildings within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and clean, great bed, modern shower, and fully working tv and airconditioning. Staff are very friendly, helpful, speak several languages and are 24/7 willing to facilitate any wishes you may have. Breakfast is very good, so we will definitely be back.

Worst experience EVER!!
If you are considering staying in this hotel, trust me and do not or it might ruin your Istanbul trip.
We booked a double room at this hotel due to the positive reviews and that it look good online.
Upon our arrival we get our room and it really didn’t have windows and it was located in a basement where it was very humid and dirty. We talked to reception and told them that it was not advertised and it is not what we booked. They promised that they could change us next day to another floor as there would be one available.
The next morning we talked to reception and told us that no room is available and that was it. We complained and asked to fix it as it was not our problem.
The receptionist was very rude and really looking upon on us. He did not want to help.
We had to leave the hotel that morning with all our luggage and look for another one in person. We spent +3 hours doing this in our first day and luckily we got our money back from Booking but really bad experience.
The room was extremely dirty and old (probably other rooms are in the same condition anyway…) but not having windows and being in the basement was the cherry on top.
Please do NOT stay here if you have 3-4 star European standard, as staff is rude and the place is clearly not in good condition.
I would say this is a hostal level at its most. Also, not going to comment on the breakfast because it was also really poor.
