A very nice, intimate hotel, with good breakfasts included and a wonderful receptionist who speaks Russian! The only issue was that room 506 had a draft coming through the window cracks, making it chilly at night. Also, the neighbors in the next room were talking loudly, so you could hear them clearly. The location is very convenient for the metro.

We stayed here in February and loved it. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city, in a conservative but very atmospheric area with bazaars and mosques.

The room was very cozy and cleaned daily. Water was left daily for all guests. There's air conditioning (we used it as a heater in February – the room warmed up quickly, making it very comfortable).

Tram and bus stops are literally a couple of minutes' walk away. A big plus is that in this area, literally a 5-10-minute walk from the hotel, you'll find the best currency exchange offices in the city with favorable rates, as well as an amazing TADO store, where we stocked up on baklava and Turkish delight at a low price. There are also good, inexpensive cafes nearby for locals.

The breakfasts are very decent. I've seen reviews that say they're meager, but I disagree. Yes, they might not have European-style scrambled eggs, but overall, the selection is good: cooked vegetables, sausages, several types of spreads on bread, jams, and chocolate spread. Among the sweets, the lemon cookies and the delicate creamy dessert were especially memorable.

Special thanks to the managers! They are very friendly, everyone speaks English, and there is a Russian-speaking staff member. They are a pleasure to talk to, and they create an incredibly homey atmosphere.

This hotel was incredibly dirty, one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. I had to clean the entire room myself. The location was good, but the neighborhood felt unsafe.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and the room was very small. We didn’t even bother having breakfast at the hotel because it was a disaster.

The staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is well located in Laleli. Transportation is nearby – tram and metro. Food options are also nearby, including Uzbek and Turkish cuisine. The hotel staff is welcoming, and the lobby always smells pleasant. A huge thank you to Elvin, the receptionist. The rooms are small and cleaned daily, though I wish they were a little more thorough. Breakfast is filling, with boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs. Water pressure was good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work well; I had to sleep with the window open for the entire stay, and all the nightlife vibes wafted into my room – the smell of food, conversations, and the traffic. There's a laundry room right next to the hotel, but the entrance is from the street, which costs 30 lira. Overall, everything is fine; you can stay at the hotel for work or leisure, and they're always helpful and answer your questions.

This was without question the WORST hotel experience of my life. The staff member was incredibly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. While I was there, he was also loudly arguing with another group of guests, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment that felt hostile and unsafe. The rooms were disgusting – clearly not properly cleaned, unpleasant smell, and very poor hygiene standards. I felt extremely uncomfortable staying there and couldn’t relax for a second. Customer service was non-existent. No respect, no apology, no attempt to fix anything. Just attitude and arrogance. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: DO NOT waste your money or your peace of mind. There are many better options elsewhere. This place should not even be operating as a hotel. Never again.

For its category and price, this is an excellent hotel. The hotel front desk staff are excellent! Both extremely helpful and courteous! Definitely will stay there again!
