The service was incredible from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I want to give a special thanks to Berrak at the reception desk — after I mentioned that I wasn’t fully happy with my room, she immediately upgraded me to the 24th floor, and the view was absolutely spectacular.
The views of Istanbul were truly astonishing, especially at night. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Whatever I say will not be enough. From the very first welcome at the entrance, to the reception — especially Mr. Melih — and throughout breakfast, the hair salon, gym, guest services, and room cleaning, everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. I may not remember all the names of the lovely people, but I will never forget how they made me feel: truly at home. I am definitely looking forward to going back and would recommend this place to everybody.

Breakfast and club lounge are great and the food selections are commendable.
If you are Elite members please make sure to add breakfast while check in else you will be limited to their club lounge only and they might charge you later to have breakfast in restaurant.
The front desk staff Bark is an amazing person and walks a bit more to offer great guest service.
