I should have trusted the reviews. Shame on me for booking this hotel despite all those negative reviews.
Air con not working, shower water not hot, recep staff were having long face. To allow my room to be more cool, I opened the window for some time but was greeted by mosquitoes. Couldn’t sleep every night cos of the heat in room.
Breakfast spread was the same everyday, food choices were very bad. No effort in preparing good food.

There was honestly nothing good about this hotel. The hotel is connected to a pool, but even though we were hotel guests, we had to pay to use the pool every single day. We only found this out after arriving, which was very frustrating and misleading.

On the first day, after paying for the pool, we received towels. The next day, however, they told us we had to pay for towels separately — even though we got them for free the day before. When we asked about this, they gave us conflicting answers. One staff member told us towels were included with the pool ticket, but the next day, another said that wasn’t true and we had to pay. The lack of consistency was unbelievable.

Almost no one at the hotel spoke English — not even at the reception. Communication was a real challenge, and unfortunately, the staff were not friendly or helpful, especially if you didn’t speak Turkish.

In the bar/bistro, we waited over 40 minutes for two juices and two pieces of cake. Nothing came, and in the end we just left — even though the place wasn’t busy at all.

On our last day, check-out was at 12:00 AM, but our flight wasn’t until 9:00 PM. We asked if there was anywhere we could shower and change after spending the day by the pool. The answer was just “no.” We couldn’t use a room to shower, just a public shower cabin, which was not practical at all — especially since towels weren’t provided unless we paid extra. Paying €15 just to use the pool for the day, plus extra for towels, was honestly outrageous. We had already paid for the hotel, so having to pay again just to use the pool doesn’t make sense.

It felt like they were taking advantage of tourists who don’t speak Turkish. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was zero effort to communicate clearly or accommodate guests’ basic needs.

The only positive thing I can say is that the place was clean. But everything else was simply terrible. This was a very bad experience overall, and we will never come back. Definitely not recommended!
