not clean and breakfast service not good

The hotel has a good location and the staff at the reception are very welcoming, attentive to details such as providing the Qibla direction, which I really appreciated.
However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bed sheets were dirty, and no extra blankets or pillows were available. Additionally, we asked for provided extra bed for my child they only brought a sheet placed on the floor, which was very uncomfortable. The AC in the room was very hot we could not sleep well at night we had asked them to maintain it but it did not solve the problem! Or at least they did not change the room for us!
Overall, despite the good service at the reception, the poor room cleanliness and lack of basic amenities made my stay unsatisfactory.

This hotel is just a minute away from the famous Bagdat Caddesi, where you’ll find endless stores, shopping, cafés, and restaurants for every taste. The location couldn’t be better only a short walk to the sea, in a very safe and lively area. Another big advantage is that the hotel has its own parking, which makes things so much easier if you’re traveling by car especially in such a vibrant, busy district.
The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and very well-kept. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety to start the day right. We would also like to thank Mr. Irfan from the restaurant for his attentive service during breakfast, he was always helpful and welcoming.
What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, were the front desk personnel, Irem and Zeynep. They went above and beyond every day, always attentive, kind, and ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel at home and turned our stay into something truly special. Thanks to them, everything felt easy, smooth, and welcoming. 🙏🏻😊

Great hotel, great location. The receptionist zeynab was really professional and helpful during my stay. She upgraded my room to a full seaview and made my stay super enjoyable. There is an amazing fancy french restaurant on roof top as well. Thank you

Room is very bad , location is perfect… bed is not comfortable, very old and not clean furniture… no good light in the bathroom. Shower is not good … hotel need to renovate as soon as possible!!! Fantastic location but very hotel buildings and rooms !!!

Extremely filthy place with little to no hygiene, Bathrooms have an awful odor. Hotel room is really small and fits no other than an adult. Hotel lobby is very old fashioned. And food given for breakfast is the same every single day. Staff is extremely stingy and gives you weird stares. Also there is no Laundry room and no amenities such as a pool. Overall an extremely bad hotel and do not come here unless you want the worst stay of your life.

The location, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent. Although I mentioned a problem with the shower head when I checked in, this problem was not resolved. Such problems can occur in any business. A faster response would be great.

Rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and the staff is generally helpful.
However, I came for a race and needed proper rest. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the 5th floor without being informed that a loud party with music would take place until midnight. I was woken up and couldn’t fall back asleep, which affected my preparation.
When I contacted the reception, I was told that they “have the right to play loud music until midnight” and that nothing could be done. While that may be true, I believe that as a paying guest (more than 100 EUR per night), I also have the right to a peaceful night’s sleep.
I admit, they eventually changed my room and tried to assist, but by then, the damage was done the night’s rest I came for was lost already.

As a experienced trip app user, i am sorry yo day i am very disappointed. Lack of amenities are foreseeable albeit unpleasant for 4 star hotel. Despite its 4 star status. It has no amenities. None

Basicly you are going to rent an apartment room, with a parking, close to sea.
Only acceptable part is location . However Renting a home nearby is makes a lot more sense and comfort . It will have more options and luxary.
