The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and generous. Special thanks to the in-room dining service team and Ms. Züleyha who provided fantastic service, and to the dedicated guest relations manager Ms. Ayça who ensured guest satisfaction.
There were only minor drawbacks: the mattress was somewhat firm and certain areas could have benefited from deeper cleaning. Overall, however, the room was clean.
Great hotel. Rooms were clean & quite modern. Lovely. Thank you for a great stay!!!
