A nice hotel, conveniently located near tourist attractions, with a chain grocery store nearby. The rooms are fresh, and the staff is friendly. The breakfasts aren't very varied, but you won't go hungry.

Excellent hotel to stay very close to tram point location is perfect walking distance to most places breakfast is basic. Rooms are nice size staff are fantastic Shout out to Murot and Alottin who made our stay very nice and comfortable

One of the best hotels during our Istanbul stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Mehir, at reception and her friends who were guiding us thru all tourist traps in grand bazar and so on. The food was nice.. Simple but delicious.. Just that the location is not accessible to cars during morning hours.. Please pack your luggages well and plan it.

Very nice little hotel, very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was small but functional and satisfactory. I wish their coffee machine was real coffee instead of powderized instant, but overall the included buffet was very satisfactory. Just one uphill block from a tram stop that takes you anywhere you need to go. No complaints, good recommendation! Just be warned, as with all these inner old-city streets, they sometimes are closed for cars at unpredictable times, making it difficult for taxis to get to the lobby door. But you will experience that in many places in the old city.

This hotel is located in an excellent place. Service is good, but I was disappointed the hotel didn't take credit card payments and didn't provide receipts when I asked for them. I was happy with the airport transfer that was available and the tours they managed. They were often promt with pick up and drop off.

A big big thank you to the staff at reception. The front of house staff at this hotel are so amazing, super sweet, kind, and attentive. Nothing is too much for them. They are so helpful with tips on how to get out and about whilst spending the least amount of money. They are so honest. The staff really made the stay a memorable one. The hotel is really well located and is a few minutes' walk to Aya Sophia, Grand Bazaar, but the walk up to the main street is a little bit steep, but I found it OK. We stayed in a quad room 315 and triple room 314, but the quad room is tiny. Both rooms were well kept and attended to by housekeeping. There is a sauna but a cost associated with use, around 8 euros per visit, which wasn't advertised when booking the hotel, which was a bit of a disappointment. Strong WiFi. Used the safe in the room to keep our valuables and had no issues. Most importantly, as a group of 7 ladies, we felt very safe at this hotel.

Excellent hotel, I would like to thank the the staff who were very helpful during our stay. Our room was upgraded to a balcony view. They helped us with our transfer and carried our luggage after a tiring flight. The hotel is in a great location is clean and the air conditioning is a bonus in the heat. Breakfast was very good and we looked forward to it everyday.
