I'd stay here again !
The dining room staff were also extremely helpful and always had a smile, making our meals even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was top-notch—our room was spotless and impeccably cleaned every day.
That said, I do have a couple of small critiques. The gym was a bit of a disappointment. It consisted of just one old universal weight machine, which was broken on our first day. Even after it was repaired, it didn’t function properly, and the room itself was very hot with no air circulation, making workouts uncomfortable. Similarly, the rooftop dining area—while offering beautiful views—was extremely warm during breakfast hours, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, though, the outstanding service and attention to detail more than made up for these minor issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the hospitality.
The breakfast is fantastic - a good spread of high quality food options with sea view. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
although at the first night the air con in the room was out of service, the manager was proactive to arrange us to a new room
the staff service is friendly and had tried their best to settle our request and enquiry
