I booked two months in advance. When we arrived, our room was given to others, and we were sent to a terrible hotel. We had to argue with them again and had a hard time asking for our room. They were scammers, they said they do this often.

"We stayed in a standard double room at the Yusufpasa Hotel and everything was perfect! The housekeeping was impeccable, the breakfast was satisfying, and the location was ideal, close to the main attractions and public transportation.

One thing we particularly appreciated was the hotel's quiet location, away from the chaos of the city. Even though Istanbul is a very busy city, the hotel is well-insulated and offers an oasis of peace.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in the heart of Istanbul."

I liked the hotel. The room was clean, every day they did a good cleaning.
I was very pleased with the location of the hotel - the main attractions of Istanbul are within walking distance. Externally, the hotel is very nice - atmospheric. Modest buffet, but tasty and every day there were different main dishes.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel

Lovely building, ten minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, and close to lots of tourist-oriented restaurants. Rooms are quite small but well designed and equipped, with coffee and tea and good smart TVs. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is disappointing, but enough to start the day. Overall, I'd say it's a good value option that is in walking distance to lots of interesting locations.

The hotel on the outside looks good, but once you step inside, you realize you'd made a big mistake. You're greeted by a very unprofessional and unwelcoming reception staff that doesn't know how wifi works or how a room should be presented. I've had many problems with the rooms, and the only option given was to wait for another room to be freed not to fix them. Once entering my room, I was welcomed by the unpleasant smell of something rotting in the filthy and broken minibar. Second, there's no working wifi in the rooms. Moreover, there were several code violations, such as exposed pieces of metal, wires, and splinters. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm attaching pictures.

A very bad experience. The cleaning staff entered the rooms and stole the money from the wallets. Several families went through this and we had to call the police because the reception did not help us. I do not recommend this hotel.

When my daughter got sick, Thank you for your helping m(__)m
Thermometer, medicine,
check out time allowance,
asking to the taxi to drive gently(He was kind driver ,please say thank you) ,etc. & your smile(^-^)

She received an intravenous drip at the hospital and recovered.
She was gastrointestinal discomfort.

Other stuff & housekeepers were also kind.
Regards please tell them(^-^)

If l travel to Turkey again, l would like to stay at your hotel,of course.

Amazing location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to take your own towels though. The terrace view is breathtaking. The breakfast is very nice.

The service offered by this youth hotel for the price is very satisfying. Perfect location. You can go in and out at whatever hour you want. Just think of bringing your own towel.

Very close to all the attractions. The view from the terrace is descent. They have a 24h open reception and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap accomodation and not so bad breakfast.

I would recommend it for value for money.

Very cool and Friendly Staff + the cheapest hostel that you can find in historical peninsula of Istanbul. It has free breakfast and a roof top bar with a beautiful view of bosphorous on the east side and view of Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet mosque when you look to the west.

We had a wonderful coffee and dessert for the sunset views! Absolute recommendation!
You can even feed birds with a soft music, extremely good for insta videos or a memorable experience

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10.
