One of the most comfortable stays in Istanbul. Mr.Hakkan and his staff made it beyond to keep our stay super comfy. We even decided to overstay and they being very flexible and welcoming made sure we get the same amenities and the same price. Perfect pick for price. 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque on one side and 5 minutes from the seaside on the other. 🤩🤩🤩Location 10/10, Staff 10/10, rooms 10/10. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended. We will definitely choose them next time we visit Istanbul ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice place, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, very clean (the cleaning service ladies were doing their tour daily in all the rooms) good breakfast, near to all important objectives, a lot of shops, markets, good restaurants in walking distance- 2 to 5 minutes. A single downside: the noise from the street, especially when the comunitary garbage service come to collect the trash containers during the night.

Perfect cozy hotel with comfortable rooms is our favorite new dicovery. Location is great, in the most beautiful and historical part of Istanbul- Sultan Ahmet. Colorful streets around are full of little restaurants with great food. The hotel was very clean and hosts were very nice and friendly. We are coming back 100%. ❤️

My partner and I booked this hotel after we had to change plans due to a cancelled flight.
We were greeted respectfully and everything went smoothly. The staff were curteous and kind. Although, we were told there would be snacks and fruits in our room on arrival. There wasn't.
The room itself was lovely. The only thing we noticed was the heat. The powerful air conditioner easily fixed that.
This hotel is in a perfect location. While it is a tourist area, it is quiet, people aren't pushy and everything feels lovely and serene.
The breakfast wasn't amazing but it was easily enough to start your morning. A good selection of spreads, cheeses, boiled and scrambled egg and cured meats. Cereal, juice, tea and coffee were also an option. The bread was fresh.
Overall, this hotel is lovely and is in a perfect location for those that would like to be a short distance from the intense bustle of central of Istanbul.

Lovely building, ten minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, and close to lots of tourist-oriented restaurants. Rooms are quite small but well designed and equipped, with coffee and tea and good smart TVs. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is disappointing, but enough to start the day. Overall, I'd say it's a good value option that is in walking distance to lots of interesting locations.

The hotel on the outside looks good, but once you step inside, you realize you'd made a big mistake. You're greeted by a very unprofessional and unwelcoming reception staff that doesn't know how wifi works or how a room should be presented. I've had many problems with the rooms, and the only option given was to wait for another room to be freed not to fix them. Once entering my room, I was welcomed by the unpleasant smell of something rotting in the filthy and broken minibar. Second, there's no working wifi in the rooms. Moreover, there were several code violations, such as exposed pieces of metal, wires, and splinters. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm attaching pictures.

A very bad experience. The cleaning staff entered the rooms and stole the money from the wallets. Several families went through this and we had to call the police because the reception did not help us. I do not recommend this hotel.

She was gastrointestinal discomfort.

Me and my family had confirmed paid booking for 2 nights. We had paid for the rooms 3 weeks agao before the date of check in. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms available and had to leave and search for a nearby hotel with my baby and parents. I had to walk around to nearby hotels and check for rooms and had to pay the amount they asked as i had no other option.
The reception staff at the yusuf pasa was rude and dint even offer to have a seat at the reception for my parents and baby.

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10.
