The hotel is located not far from the Essenler Otogar which is very convenient for those who travel by coaches.
The hotel itself is placed on a quiet street without much noise from outside.
However, it's quite old, doesn't have any soundproofing and is very noisy inside. Guests are ignorant and loud especially in summer when the hotel is busy, therefore the noise can be overwhelming.
For that reason I was unable to sleep for two nights in a row.
But fortunately, the staff is very good, courteous and helpful in the hotel.
After my complain, the two receptionists who were on duty that day- the 4th September 2025, helped us enormously.
Their names are Mr ANIL and Mrs GIZEM.
They moved us on the 4 floor which wasn't as busy as the 2 floor, hence, not as noisy.
Thanks to their consideration and prompt response we had a restful night.
In general, the staff was/ is super in this hotel.
The Gunes was also cleaned every day, rubbish was removed, towels were changed and bedsheets were clean and white.
Thank you for all your efforts!
The hotel is close to a big road and in a walking distance to a shopping center, Tram number 1 and a metro station.
