The room was beautiful and well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect.
The staff were friendly, and the chauffeur was extremely helpful, assisting us with parking every single time.
We were there to celebrate our anniversary, and while they had confirmed a cake, it was unfortunately never provided.
That small miss on a special occasion took away from what could have been a perfect experience.

The rooftop bar was great – With breathtaking views across the city and Bosphorus, it was the perfect place to enjoy a drink and take in the sunset. It had a great atmosphere and great cocktails.
