I have to say this was one of the best hotel visits that I have ever had. Let me first start off that the hotel is nice and clean. The room was spacious and had all the standard amenities. Now onto why this was one of our best experiences. Right when we entered the hotel we were greeted by Salman and friends, they greeted us warmly and then took the time to get to know us and all about the trip, have suggestions, walked through everything about the hotel. In short our interaction was more then just a hand off of the room key and was an intro to how all the staff in the hotel act. We also had the pleasure to interact with the ladies from the breakfast buffet, who simply made my little baby daughter feel like a superstar as they played with her and engaged with her while it gives us a chance to eat. Finally the morning staff of Rabia and friends was the cherry on top, they all engaged with us , got to know us all by name, gave us tour, and city advice and made my entire family feel so welcomed. Overall we had an amazing time and it was the best experience we had at a hotel in our stay in Turkey all because the staff love what they do, keep up the amazing work. Definitely will stay here again next time we visit Istanbul.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and are also quiet, even though the hotel is centrally located, close to the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque. The staff are very friendly, especially Rabia, who welcomed us and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety (which seems to be the norm for hotels in Turkey), but was sufficient. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located, but it's still a bit of a walk from the metro; it's best to take a taxi. Breakfast is modest, but you won't go hungry.

It was a very nice hotel. It was close to the tourist spots and easy to access, but it was inconvenient because you had to climb a hill to get to public transportation.

We had such a wonderful stay at Aprilis Deluxe Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short 300m walk to the tram, great shopping, and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and the breakfast is excellent.
After having a bad experience at another hotel, the Aprilis team went above and beyond to help us by picking up our luggage and arranging an early check-in. Selman and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist.
This hotel truly made our trip so much better. Highly recommended!

I came to Istanbul for surgery on my own, and the staff at Aprilis Deluxe truly became like family to me. They went above and beyond to look after me, from helping me order food when I couldn’t see to bringing ice and making sure I was always comfortable.
Everyone was so kind, genuine, and caring. A big thank you to Utku, who was especially supportive and made me feel so well cared for.
The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and welcoming, with amazing air conditioning, a lovely little balcony, and a delicious light breakfast. The location couldn’t be better — close to markets, attractions, great food, and shopping.

Service and staff were good, staff are kind to help. Only downside we booked for 1 queen bed but got 2 single beds room instead. Staff promised that they will change it to queen bed the next day but didn’t. But overall service still decent.

We spent 3 nights here and was really welcoming. We had a small.terrace. the cleaners were great and even folded my pyjamas neatly after making the bed. Fresh towels were given daily. It was homely and the reception staff were very helpful and take the time to find out guest requirements. Breakfast was a mix of continental and Turkish cuisine. The catering staff were friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend as located centrally and easy to walk to different attractions.

Super good location. Good breakfast. Room a bit noisy, close to the street and we could hear the mosque for every prayer. Welcoming staff, overall good service. there is a spa but only allowed to use for the extra charge - that's not written on the booking.com. There is a gym in the basements. Small but functional. We would come again.
