At 5 am she knocked my door and asked for lighter to smoke ! 5 AM !!!!
People are watching TV high volume at 2am and speaking loud and you will hear all this here!
I hear everything even how many times neighbors go to toilet, press flash , take shower , How they speak , turn on the light, walk, everything, even walk especially on high heels.
I Called reception for help from 1 am to 5 am during 4 hours!!! (Btw phone in the room didn’t work, I called frok my own)
I asked to change the room but man only said “come in the morning “
Wow very nice help I should say! Impressive!!! I have never gotten better help in my life!
This is my first time in my life the staff in hotel doesn’t help and speaking rude.
This is first night in this hotel , but I paid for 3 nights. I don’t want to stay more , I want to leave hotel now and get money back. But the guy from reception is saying “ you can leave, I will inform my director”.
I am shocked to be honest how people working in hotel with people can be so ignorant.
I can only advise everyone not to stay at this hotel for even one night. I chose it because of the slightly cheaper price and the central location, as I was attending an event nearby. But I would have been happy to travel a few kilometers further if I had known how bad this hotel is.
The walls are so thin that you can hear every noise your neighbors make. It's really bad when you have Arab hotel guests in the next room who apparently think it's normal to talk really loudly in the middle of the night until 4 or 5 in the morning. Even after calling reception several times, nothing was really done about the noise.
In the end, I asked for another room, which I didn't get.
Furthermore, the bathroom is really bad. All the furniture is damaged. The shower cubicle is also damaged. Behind the cabinets is dirt left behind by previous guests!
All in all, the worst hotel experience ever!

They told me same price but charge me with euros instead dollars ..
cost more money for same room I founded out after coming back from my trip.
Plus front desk people didn’t not help me with my suitcases carrying up to my room.
Being female after my surgery was expecting nicer treatment and I would have tipped generously.
Don’t signup for Breakfast it’s a joke you get a much better options at near by hotels with open buffet Turkish breakfast.
I should give 1 star but location is good nearby shops are great.
if you’re female traveling alone other hotels I had stayed in Istanbul was much better nicer helped me with my suitcases better rooms and breakfast
-black mold in the bathroom that also attracts small black flies that tend to reproduce in moist & moldy areas: a truly refreshing showering experience;
-although you do get a warning about the single window not opening to the outside fresh air that oversees the "corridor view", for obvious reasons, this leads to no natural light and also no air circulation. This, too, can be foreseen. However, the aforementioned circumstances force you to keep the window open, which consequentially leads to no noise isolation whatsoever all the way to the lobby, where the unfortunate-to-be-employed-here staff never pick up the phone, obviously.
-the architectural miracle or maybe diabolically intentional placement of the window (that overlooks the "corridor view") right across the bed and of course, your pillow, leads to the following ridiculous outcome. Every. Single. Time anybody passes through the hallway, the lights turn on and penetrate through your eye sockets into your soul in this dungeon-like dark room.
-did I mention that the dungeon experience comes with absolutely no cellphone reception so you can enjoy your sentance away from the civilization?
-the black cracks on the ceiling, the stains all over every possible thing, the black dried droplets over the shower doors, the weird indentures of haunting shapes in the drywall, the curious stains in the towels, the convenient placement of the neighbouring room's tv right behind your bedside, the blackened dirty crusty room corners all can be overlooked, I guess, if not only you have paid the 800 TL a night (at a discount too, believe it or not) for this godforsaken hotel room.
-I'd also like to add an honorable mention on this list to the dried up skeleton of a single rose in the corner of the lowest shelf inside the wardrobe. I wonder what horrors it has witnessed and what stories it could tell.
TLDR: recommend this place only to your boss.
