Great location and good service.

Too noisy at night. Bars all around . Loud music . I changed hotel . Not staying again here. There r many other options. Room very small that they did not even put the picture online. Hard to move around

The hotel is in a good location, but it's quite noisy. The breakfast was poor, and the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. I even saw a rodent in my room...

The location itself is good, located near the busy pedestrian street. At the same time, many bars and nightclubs are close to the hotel, on Friday night from the hotel you can hear loud sounds from the street until the early morning. The hotel provided a standard set of amenities in the room, the room itself is not the first freshness, the air conditioning does not work.
Friendly atmosphere, breakfast is included in this booking.

The location of the hotel was really cool, it was close to everything. But too much noise due to the bar and clubs front of hotel so that disturbed our sleep and comfort even with earplugs! The bathroom was also quite small. There was only one or two hours of hot water per day!

Good budget hotel
The location is good, however far from the main historical places such as the Bazaar, Blue Mosque and others and taxis are a bit difficult and they want to charge too much.
The hotel is comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and fresh, the staff specially Firat and Alli are true gentlemen, I felt safe and very comfortable.
I did find Cuneyt the receptionist too pushy to try to sell us tours and book our taxi, it was a bit too much and made us uncomfortable.
It is a budget hotel, close to the plaza, shops and easy to get around, I would stay there again.

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.
It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the city.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.

Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.

One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.

I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.

Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
