Booked a double room with two beds on booking.com.
The full prepayment was debited from my card. When I checked in, I was given a room with one bed instead of two. At the reception, they categorically refused to solve the problem. I had to urgently look for another hotel.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
I hope the money will be returned to me.

THIS IS A TRUE EXPERIENCE! 千万避雷My friend and I booked this hotel on April 15th and arrived to check in at 2:00 PM. Despite my Visa card already showing a payment notification, the staff refused our check-in, claiming the payment "didn’t go through" because they hadn’t received the money. The front desk could barely speak English, so they called a colleague who insisted with 100% certainty that the payment failed.
After being turned away, we had no choice but to book another hotel. However, by 7:00 PM, I received another charge notification—proving the payment did process initially! The hotel then contacted me, offering to let us check in, but it was too late—we’d already settled elsewhere.
When I requested a refund for their unacceptable mistake, the staff refused rudely and showed zero accountability. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Turkey! I condemn such unprofessional behavior—poor communication, incompetence with payments, and terrible customer service. Do not stay here unless you want stress and financial risk!

We are grateful to the hotel staff, especially Ali, who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very responsive, helps and answers all questions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 10 minutes to the metro, as well as to Istiklal Street.

The service was very thoughtful and attentive. We checked in early and checked out late without any charge. They also gave us some advice on our trip, which was very considerate and touching. If you need it, you can book it with confidence.

Staying for 3 days in a row, you can find some tranquility in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The boss is very polite and speaks English and German. The hotel has the local characteristics of Istanbul and is very close to beyouglu. There is a kitchen washing machine in the room.

A modest apartment and walkable to Istiklal Caddesi and Taksim Square and metro station. Complete with stove, fridge and washing machine. Value for money given its location in Beyoglu.

Althougt the hotel was not expensive, we didnt really like It. The room smell weird. Also, It has very basic cleaning and bed sheets than didnt even fit the size well. On the other side the staff was nice and helpful

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful time in Istanbul. The hotel itself is conveniently located and is very close to Taksim square a very lively area with transport connections to other areas in Istanbul. The room itself is clean and spacious and the hotel staff were really kind and nice. I felt very secure and at home here. Some photos of street scenes and food here. Recommended !

The manager is incredibly helpful and gave great advice about local cafés. The room was very close to the square and was very comfortable. The room had all the amenities needed to have a great trip. If I come back to Istanbul, I would stay here again.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
