definitely not what was promised on the photos. both balconys looked horrible( so not at all as seen on the photos), the bedsheets were dirty and the towels aswell. there was a constant airflow even if all the doors and windows were „shut“, which meant cold nights + i caught a cold because of that. everything just looked shabby, also the hallway. the elevator also seemed a bit sketchy

Terrible My wife and I had a very bad experience; we filed a complaint, but the hotel management did not take any action during our stay, and we had to move to another hotel.

The hotel has just been taken over. Unfortunately, it doesn't even have a sign. There are two entrances, but one is from the fish restaurant with an elevator and the other is somewhere in between with stairs. And you don't have a key to enter, you have to call the attendant there. The cleanliness wasn't good either, there was hair in the shower, there were limescale marks on the taps, soap was leaking from the hand wash soap dispenser and there wasn't even shampoo.

It was not a good experience
The entrance was seriously mediocre. It was a new place. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all. The room was very spacious, that was the only thing that was nice, but the interior was very black, it made us feel a little uncomfortable. There were young people smoking hookah when we entered the hotel, and I felt uncomfortable because I went with my girlfriend.

The property canceled my booking even after using two valid cards. I have used those cards for other bookings and never had a problem, I even got a successful verification for 0€ transaction on one to verify its validity. Just a waste of time and effort, avoid this place

A really classy and wonderful experience. Fiko was super helpful and I had room service including shisha available from the restaurant downstairs, I really enjoyed the shisha in the jacuzzi. I would defo be staying there again the next time I visit istanbul!

We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is located n a good central location. Be prepared to walk up steep steps. You need to be semi fit. The rooms have all of your needs. We did have a leaking shower, not to much of an inconvenience. The dunas and spare pillows are located under the lounge if you might be looking. Do not expect a high end establishment, but it ticked all the boxes.

Our family of three recently stayed at this apartment, and we were quite disappointed. The apartment was extremely small, with a tiny bathroom and a kitchen that was not up to the mark. The space was dimly lit, which added to the cramped feeling. The only good point was the convenient location. Don't be misled by the pictures on the internet; they don't accurately represent the reality.Our stay at this hotel had several downsides. Although the hotel has a lift, you need to climb 25 stairs to reach the first floor before you can access it. This was particularly inconvenient, especially with luggage and a child. The pictures on the internet don't reflect the actual conditions.

I went for the cafe, never knew there was a hotel or smth. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious and not overpriced, the Bazlama was juicy and not too heavy for a breakfast. The Meneman and the fries were just so right but i ordered a Flat White but they got me a Cappuccino! They were so lovely though and i enjoyed it💖💖

My husband and I are currently visiting Istanbul and stumbled across this lovely cafe within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We both got the cheese omelet and it was so delicious!! Very reasonably priced at around 800 Turkish lira for the both of us. Everything even down to the honey and the butter were so fresh and tasted great. Definitely recommend for a quick bite in the morning

We’ve been in Istanbul for five days. This was the best breakfast—authentic Turkish breakfast recommended by a local. It’s on a super cute street under a canopy of umbrellas. We highly recommend!

Very loud on weekends, hard to sleep because of the music from bars around. Room is nice but they barely clean the rooms when you request it. Location is convenient if you don’t worry about the noise on weekends.
