The overall experience was very bad!
The breakfast was very bad. We used to have spinach and even potatoes and fries in the morning. All the salads were literally bought already made, there was no choice for the cheese, the eggs were too cooked (it was black around the yellow side), there was no butter (but margarine so not healthy) and we were really struggling to eat the breakfast. Even the people around us were struggling. Also at the end of the breakfast (at 10 am sharp) the man who was cleaning the tables was litterally disrespectful, he used his mop to touch my mum's feet to make us understand that we needed to leave the room, and so not even taking our time to finish our coffee! this hotel deserves 1 star only. The room were not really clean and looked very old. We could literally hear our neighbors from the bathroom and people who smoked made our room smell, that was HORRIBLE! Also we were so disappointed because we thought the spa and hammam was inside the hotel due to the pictures they have put on booking but this is FAKE information!!!! Don't go to this hotel, really you'd waste your money!

Many reviews are fake. I do not recommend this hotel only if you want to get some lung diseases and bad sleep. Don't get fooled by the photos, they are not showing the reality. The rooms are full of mold hidden in the corners and the rest of the hotel is dirty as well. They are lying with the spa and parking being nearby, they don t have any spa, they send you somewhere else and for the parking they sent us 10 minutes away by car. and when I got there they did know anything about the hotel and it was not available overnight. We tried to reason with the manager but he was very arrogant and careless. He did not want to refund even a fraction of the price and said that we will not find anything and sleep on the streets. We found rooms available at 3 hotels nearby with the same price or a bit lower but with clean rooms and quality favilities, actual spa and restaurant, without litter, mold and broken furniture everywhere.

We had an horrible experience here. The rooms are very, very messy and the view is horrible. The staff is very unpolite, in special the manager of the hotel. You can find nearby a lot of hotels better than this one at the same price.

I stayed here at the end of October and really enjoyed my time. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had a lovely family feeling. The staff were kind, the hotel was clean, and I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again 🙏🏼

For a budget friendly hotel, this is a great choice. The service is excellent, staff and management very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, the break fast is good, great location for transportation. The only thing that bothered us is the space of the rooms, they are very small in size even for a couple, but in general everything else is excellent.

Good side:
The staff were friendly and polite.
The hotel is located near main attractions and restaurants, and just few minutes walk from a metro and a tram station.
The room was spacious and well illuminated.
The breakfast was diverse and good.
The Internet was fast.
Bad side:
When we arrived there was water leakage in the toilet, no mirror inside, and the toilet chair was dirty.
Also, the air-conditioner did not work well, as it was leaking water. But all these problems were solved once we informed the staff. It could have been better to check the room before our check-in time.
In general, I would recommend it.

It is a hotel which is situated in the heart of old City in fatih district. Simple yet a good choice for family. Metro and tram stations are in good walking range. Rooms are small, yet cleaning staff is great. We got a package wherein breakfast was included. Washrooms are small. I would suggest the hotel owners to add electric kettle in the room amenities. We stayed there with our daughter for thirteen nights, overall experience was good. Prayers and best wishes for the staff who were always helpful with smiling face.
