This is a budget hotel and works well when price is the main consideration. It felt quiet, safe, and clean. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated, with chipped paint and signs of wear. Booked in a hurry and no regrets.

When we first checked in, we were taken to a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The other rooms we were offered had moldy bathrooms. Although I had booked a three-night stay, I offered to pay for one night out of courtesy, despite not staying even a single night. Unfortunately, the charge for all three nights remained, and they refused to issue any refund. Staff kept referring me to different managers, but no one took responsibility or made any effort to resolve the issue. There was a complete lack of accountability.

Easy stay, my only observation would be we were a family of 3 however short on cutlery , glasses and some porcelain ware. Didn’t affect our stay but room set up was aimed for 2 persons. Staff friendly and welcoming.Unsure what the constant water/trickle sound was which was heard each night above the bedroom, being a light sleeper was hard to ignore.. Good location but very steep for anyone with mobility issues.For the price we paid we were comfortable with our choice.

Nice hotel with excellent fares and helpful staff. Located in Nisantasi with enjoyable nightlife & very close to Osmanbey. Although the hotel street has downhill and uphill roads, but it was tolerable. Kitchen facilities was absolutely useful Actually some building facilities need renovation like windows. Need to thank all the great staff especially the guy at front desk who helped us to find van taxi at early morning !

I was pleasantly surprised at this lovely hotel!! Reception is modern and clean and workers gonout of their way to greet and help you!! Our room was on the 6th floor and had a good view. Our room was really spacious and clean. There is plenty of storage and plug sockets It's really close to everything. The only negative about the hotel I would say is the walls between the rooms are sooo thin. When neighbours talk, it's like they are in the room with you! negative about the area is that its very difficult to get a taxi. However, I would 100% go back!!

Staff was really nice. Room was clean. Lobby was clean. Close to market close to restaurants and shoppings. Even food delivery driver brings order to your room. WiFi working in room, plenty of electric plug, tv is working. Clean and shiny toilet/bathroom, plenty of water pressure. Every 2days new towel and bed sheets.

Decent place to stay, room was clean, we had everything we need during a stay. The hotel location is pretty good, there are a lot of stores around and it's quite safe to walk around there from my point of view. Definetly recommend!

However there are some problems in room, broken doors, holes in stretch ceiling, but the price was reasonable for this slight inconveniences

Great recommended hotel ! Perfect location at a walking distance from restaurants and beautiful Nisanta's shops. Room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchenet.
Staff was super nice, very warm and welcoming and gave extraordinary service.
Would definitely go there again !

Maximum 2 star hotel , room service would do nothing at all. If you ask for napkins they would tell you go and buy it from outside. towel very dirty as well as the furniture + they don’t change the towel if you got a better deal stay a way

We booked this hotel a month before and did all the payment advance. When we arrived to hotel , they sent us other hotel room, which is really bad. They said because hotel is full. They sale our booked room to other costumer. We had to search other hotel until middle of night. At least they refund. Thinking well when you are booking this hotel

Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked without problems. Shower is great. There is nice self laundry service available and water delivery. The staff are kind and helpful. Stayed here for most of the trip and was the best hotel I had been in this whole Istanbul trip. Would definitely stay here again.
