We were very satisfied with everything during our 2-night family stay. The rooms were exactly as pictured, and most importantly, they were clean. The staff were attentive and solution-oriented to our requests. It is a hotel I would choose again with peace of mind on my trip to Istanbul.
I requested assistance with the cancellation of my reservation, but was informed that I have to do it from Agoda and I already checked in . As a result, I have lost payment for four nights.
Clean rooms with prepaid card, and very good heating. They opened breakfast after 10 pm even though breakfast was ending.
The staff are very helpful, thank you very much.
Decent hotel. The room was clean,
the location was relatively quiet, as it wasn't directly on the main road. Parking was available right on site.
Breakfast wasn't a buffet, although there were at least 15 guests in the breakfast room, and several guests had to wait quite a long time for their assigned breakfast to be brought to them. This was more work for the staff than with a prepared buffet.
