The room is spacious. Finishing - like your grandma's. Bed linen and towels were clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There was enough soap and paper in the toilet to survive the Apocalypse.
The administrator (perhaps he is also the owner) was friendly and settled us without any scam.
The morning was very quiet, I did not hear a single mosque. But you could hear the party in the restaurant until late.
Nice elevator.
View from the window of room 105 shows walls and roofs of neighboring houses. On one of them, cubs of seagulls were resting. Fluffy creatures.

A good place if you want to visit istanbul and you don't need luxury place, near to tourists places
Clean apartment, there is a small kitchen and washing machine
Take care of the stairs, dangerous to especially with kids
Excellent location, everything is available around you , lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops
Near to tram station and marmaray sirkeci istasyonu and Eminönü port where you go at Bosporus tour or other sea stations

Perfect Option for Family, you will feel like you have visited your uncle house as the staff over there is very friendly and he will take care of you 24/7 same as your uncle. High recommendation for family stay. don’t expect luxuries amities, but they have all what ever you name… Kitchen with all utilities, washing machine with washing power 😉, Iron board, prayer mat, neck pillow and etc etc… But, the price charging by *********** is almost USD 110 which is over charged.
