The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to all essential amenities. There are several restaurants nearby, and many must-visit attractions are within walking distance, making it ideal for exploring the area. However, the payment system could be improved. The hotel does not accept many international credit cards, which can be frustrating. When booking through Booking.com, online payment is not available, which is understandable, but it would be helpful if the hotel clearly noted that only cash payments are accepted. Additionally, the hotel only accepts Euros and Turkish Lira, not USD, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, especially if you prioritize location, but the payment options need more flexibility.

Our stay at was fantastic, largely thanks to its strategic location that made exploring the local attractions a breeze. We were particularly impressed by Baran at reception. Their recommendations for tours, must-visit sights, and local restaurants were incredibly insightful and truly enhanced our trip. They also offered valuable tips that made navigating the area much easier. Beyond the excellent service, our room was clean, and the hotel staff were very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and providing temporary storage for our bags. We truly appreciated their flexibility.

Rooms were clean and neat... though a little small. Very easy access to all the touristy places ( hagia sofia / Basilica Cistern / Bosphorus cruise etc ) by walk or tram.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel!
They arranged a taxi to pick us from the airport and the receptionists were very kind, friendly, and fun to talk with!
The rooms were cleaned every day, and they kindly provided us help when we needed to find a shoe repair store. The coffee at the rooftop is the best espresso coffee you can find in Istanbul and it’s free! I’d love to stay there again in the future! Thank you!

The location is perfect, within walking distance to many touristic places. The room is cleaned every day. There is no noise from the adjacent rooms, but the tram passes across the hotel, so it may be a bit noisy. But since it stops at night, it did not cause us any problems. The staff is also very good, they took great care of us, specially İlyas is very polite.In general, we liked it.

The reception (Morning) is a liar. There is no iron in the facility and every time he lie by saying there is one but we gave it to someone else. The receptionist in the morning said he would give the iron for tonight, and the receptionist in the evening said there was none at the hotel. Location is good, but noisy.

The best hotel for us! We had an amazing experience in Istanbul! It was the first time for us in that city but after this experience we will come back in Istanbul and for sure we will choose Flower Palace Hotel. The location is near the Grand Bazar, Topkapı Palace, The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and many others. Everything was excellent and we felt very well!❤️

Tourist-Strategic place, with excellent service, friendly staff and always ready to help us. We needed to leave our baggage after check out for some hours and they offered to keep it for free. It was the place which was recommended to us and we are totally thankful

The rooms and bathrooms are enough big and really clean. Very nice work of the ladies. The site of hotel shows like they have a breakfast but they did not have breakfast. Very disapointing because breakfast in this part of Istanbul is not cheap. Thereforethe price should be smaller. The location is super but there are there hotels every 5m. So better choose another hotel with breakfast. The personal is very polite and supportive. I give my 3 poşnts for the personal and cleaness.
