Every aspect of our stay at the hotel was above expectations. The staff , from the front desk right through to the cleaning staff provided the very best service and they were kind and courteous. The location was perfect for exploring old town Istanbul and there were many eating options right outside our front door. (And icecream and coffee) The rooms were very comfortable and the bed was like a cloud after our long days of exploring. We felt very sad leaving as it really felt like home

We had a very pleasant time in this hotel. The hotel is beautifully renovated with nice and clean rooms. There is enough space too, we were satisfied with the room size. We got clean towels every day. You get everything you need, restaurant, pool, arranged tours. The location is very good, close to the famous spots, but in a safe and quiet street. And my favourite part: the staff is super nice and friendly! (They speak English.)

I’m glad we chose this excellent hotel, perfectly located very close to Istanbul’s attractions, with many transportation options nearby. The staff is attentive to guests, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast offered by the property satisfies all tastes. I warmly recommend choosing this hotel. Very convenient location in the centre of Istanbul, at walking distance to main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Very clean facilities. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Istanbul.

Kind, polite staff! Clean, nice rooms! Unfortunately my partner got sick during the trip, but the cleaning lady was always very nice, she cleaned our room every day, changed the bed sheets. Thank you!!

Excellent location close to Sirkeci tram and Marmaray metro station.It is also very close to some major attractions such as Hagia Sofia Grand Mosque, Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park, etc..Rooms are clean, well maintained and equipped and totally worth of money you spend.Staff is amazing and very, very helpfull and friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I visit Istanbul.

Exceptional praise to the hotel owners and staff. The quick response to our request to change the number of guests, the warm welcome at the hotel, and the high level of cleanliness were outstanding. Special compliments to the employees in the kitchen and dining area – their kindness and service towards guests were unforgettable. In all my years of traveling, I have never received a gift at check-out before – this was the first time. Thank you all for making our short stay in Istanbul unforgettable. In general, apart from the location, there are no advantages, an ordinary hotel, not worth the money. Everything is nearby, the tram is 2 steps away. The cleaning is mediocre, thank you for changing the towels daily, the robes were hanging dirty right away, we didn’t touch them. The slippers, which should be disposable, look like they’ve been washed. The beds are narrow and short, even for my height of 165 cm, my feet were hanging down. The windows overlooked the street in front of the entrance, there were smoking tables near the lobby, accordingly, all the smoke went into the room. The hotel is old, the shower is leaking, the air conditioner is noisy
