Golden Ak Marmara Hotel in Istanbul

Very.nice and helpful people. I was in this hotel for one week and the service is excellent. Breakfast was included and the food is great. Love the hospitality from the staff.

Great Service, clean and friendly stuff, definitely I would recommend lodging here.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms are bit small but ok for short stay.
Breakfast is decent.
Very close to metro so only 5-10 mins away from main tourist attractions.
Also a family of cats live next to hotel!(Definite plus if you are a cat lover!)

I’ve stayed in many hotels across Istanbul, and finding one that’s actually quiet enough for a proper night’s sleep is incredibly rare — but this hotel truly delivered. It was calm, peaceful, and I slept through the night without any disturbance, which is a big deal for me.

The staff were genuinely wonderful — especially the kind ladies at the reception who were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Even the cleaners were lovely; I asked for water once and they kindly brought it without hesitation.

The room was small, but had everything I needed — clean, functional, and comfortable. The only thing missing was an iron, which would have been useful, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Breakfast was okay — a decent variety and enough to get you started for the day.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel I would definitely return to. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in busy Istanbul. Good value for money

Incredible hotel, perfect location, it's situated close to everything: markets, shops, everything. There's always police around the hotel ensuring safety. The hotel is beautiful, very photogenic style, excellent cleanliness, and the guys at the reception are truly kind, polite, and helpful in everything, trying to understand you both in English and other languages if you don't speak English. The food is delicious, all fresh and homemade, not just industrial stuff. The room also has a prayer carpet, with a small magnet indicating the direction of Mecca. Truly a beautiful experience, I've tried many hotels but never one like this, from now on every time I come to Istanbul, I'll come to them.

+ The location is brilliant,you’ got everything around,shops,dentist,hospital,bazar,Friday market,tram all you need.The hotel was amazing the staff was brilliant especially the receptionist guy very kind and helpful with everything you ask,I would definitely go back again! The food was ok, not to many choices and they come all ready prepared on the plate but this might be because of the situation of Co-vit9 Excellent service everyday the room was clean and tidy Very clean room,the bathroom was spotless As I meantioned the hotel service was brilliant
