Unfortunately, they didn't give us our room, after the investigation they upgraded the room. Overall, the hotel is tired, if you want to get a good night's sleep, you need rooms starting from 09 and on, since the rest will be closer to the hookah bar, which is open until 2 am with music. The calmest thing is to take a room for three. I am attaching a photo of the room that was initially given, the room for three is cleaner and there were no shortcomings shown in the photo. Special thanks to the staff who helped

This hotel was still in the process of refurbishment but we found found the hotel clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful. The rooms were big but adequate for our 3 night stay. The roof top was not completed so did not have the opportunity for evening drinks from the roof top. The hotel was also in a good location, minutes away from the tourist attractions. The hotel did provide breakfast but we had not opted to include it in our stay. There are plenty of hotels in Sultanahmed and this is one I would recommend. Finally we loved Istanbul, it felt and was safe and the locals were so helpful.

- Very good location, which is near lots of the main attractions and near Hagia Sofia mosque, bazaars (both). - clean hotel, lovely staff - room was very spacious and good breakfast. - would definitely recommend to anyone who is new to visiting Istanbul.

- Very poor breakfast, not worth it, there is no variety
- The facilities do not correspond to a 4 star hotel, the bathroom is outdated, the mirror is broken, the doors are damaged, the shower door does not close, the cleaning in the bathroom needs to be improved x 1000

first impressions were not the best, it’s not a 4 star hotel and breakfast was terrible, I would take crossiants and bread they have baguettes for breakfast, and teabags, however the staff are very friendly that’s what made our stay pleasant and amazing, they were helpful and always willing to help from the moment you walk in to the hotel, special thanks to Shah who looked after us and other staff members sorry don’t know there names, spa was ok, not brilliant but I have to recommend ambika and badal who were brilliant. Location was perfect, About 8 minutes away from Blu mosque and grand bazar, there’s quite a few places to eat our favourite place for breakfast was MIVAN, down the hill from the hotel and Ortaklor restaurant up the hill from the hotel definitely would recommend and also T cafe on the way to grand bazaar, would definitely stay in the Fatih location again!

- Communication is so Bad ,
- Service BAD, if you call them to give room service they forgot and after 1 hours i go recaption and bring myself
- Breakfast same manu everyday no new manu even they use so many eggs manu. Only one Sosage every day they keep in manu.
- In breakfast coffee not good
- Room is good but there two part one is tiels anther side is wood but both side not equal so in first day i broke my finger.
- Added pictures with all issues
- they are not changing dirty things like cup, Toilet towels, etc
- They don't provide any have face tissues and they're concern if you need you should asked them and you bring from reception some pics.
- They dont provide any spoon for tea or any other's things.

In addition to being dirty, there were old towels that looked like sandpaper, very bad breakfast, poor service.
One star would be too much for this hotel. It is strange that it is listed on Trip.com.
