The photos on the hotel's main page don't reflect reality—in reality, the standard room is a shabby one with beige wallpaper and red bedspreads. The furniture is quite old and dirty, and some of the wallpaper is peeling due to leaks. But overall, for the price and location, it's fine. All the plumbing works. Another downside is the breakfast, which has a limited selection and is repetitive.
We stayed at this hotel for five days, and the bed linen wasn't changed even once (even though we asked). So much for the service. Our third-floor room overlooked a secondary street, where loud music from the clubs and bar below could be heard until late every night.
