Although there are things that can be improved in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, the friendly staff is always available to make everything better. I also think the accommodation is quite competitively priced. The hotel is fairly new with great location. Rooms are tastefully decorated and bathrooms are of good size with essential amenities. The blankets are tad small for a couple size but the matrasses are comfortable. They have complimentary tea and coffee with kettle in the room. I liked the breakfast, however, there was no toaster. They have fruits, cheeses, hot meal and baked goods. In overall, we had a pleasant stay. We wish all the best to the hotel team.
We traveled with our family and friends 700km to be misled by fake photos and information. The hotel address did not even match the one given in the booking and it was not close to the Grand Bazaar as stated in the description. The locals did not even know that this hotel existed. You can't imagine the shock we felt when we saw the conditions in the room: the smell of sewage and mold, no heating and probably even no hot water. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when people travel such a long distance with children and families, and when they are offered such accommodation conditions.
This was my biggest mistake in choosing a hotel, and I will certainly never repeat this mistake again.
