The room wasn't ready when it was stated, and we waited for hours and when we arrived at the room it was still not cleaned up, so we had to call the maids. Wifi is not working 80% of the time, and when I asked the hotel staff about it they said it's not their problem. Room sound isolation is 0/10.
Regarding the good things, the location is great and the breakfast was okay.

It was bad becouse of their poor room service and their staff.
It,s wifi and accesbility to metro is good but room and beds was awful

I stayed 2 nights this September , 80 $ per night
It was the worst hotel in my life
● the insects attacked my baby skin see the photos
● room service lady came to us morning at 10 o'clock needs to clean the room , I said give me 10 minutes we are going out , she answered me in a rude manner "only your room not clean I have to leave now" then she left and no one cleaned the room for 2 Days
● Dirty everywhere.
● AC is working for 30 minutes only then stop for 30 minutes till you restart it again.

The sheets of the beds weren't clean, they didn't have iron in the room. They don't offer dry cleaning.

The host was very rude and there are no housekeeping in the hotel .. the ac need alot to clean its smell very bad .. not recommended at all

room is clean and Staff are good. also price is good
and it is near metro station. best hotel for business.
but rooms are a little small.
