The staff was really Nice and helpful,if there were any issues they were sorted out in less than 5 minutes.
The room was great with a pretty nice view also and it was quite peaceful,the breakfast was also great every morining from 7-10AM if you stayed e few minutes later there was no problem taste wise it was also good and properly cooked.
The room service(cleaning,etc. was good and fast every day Fresh towels and fresh hygiene products)
Location wise it was close to the main tourist attractions and also close to public transport(budes,taxis,trams) and there were stores also nearby but i would recommend walking around the street for some other stores since the one right beside the hotel were more expensive than the other ones.
The People,mood and Vibe were truly good.
Also one of the staff workers(curlyish~ hair,taller and thinner build) was really nice and helpful.
Overall the experience was GREAT I recommend it.

bathroom drainage was not proper in bath area
it was difficult
we complained and it was of no use
