This was our second stay, and it didn’t disappoint! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety, and the location couldn’t be better. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning.

Good hotel

The hotel is really well located, with a subway station very close by, although you can also walk to some of the most popular tourist attractions. The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and the service is exceptional, from the front desk staff to the restaurant, bar, and pool area personnel... We will definitely repeat our stay on our next trip, and I'll be recommending it to all my acquaintances. Many thanks to all the staff for the attention and kindness we received.

The hotel is located in a good spot in Fatih, Laleli. The hotel itself is nice, and the room was clean. The room had pretty much everything you'd need, even Russian TV channels. The breakfast in the restaurant was good with a large variety of food. There's live music in the restaurant, which really adds to its ambiance. We booked our room online for cheaper than what they were offering at the reception. The hotel also provides free sauna and pool access.

I stayed here for one night on January 1st. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the station, but the room was far too small. Amenities were limited to slippers, 2-in-1 shampoo, and soap – there were no tissues. The breakfast area on the 7th floor offered a wonderful view of the city as the sun rose. While the buffet didn't have a huge variety, it was sufficient. I think this room is overpriced at 74,000 yen without the flight discount.

The food on the ground floor and the restaurant at the 7th floor is excellent. I'm pretty sure all of you will love the complementary breakfast. However, be sure not to reserve a room underneath the roof lounge.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days in August. We booked and paid through Booking.com. We liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked, and the TV spoke Russian. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room. The most important thing was that we checked in at 9 a.m., not the usual 2 p.m. We had been traveling all night and were very tired. So, special respect to the hotel for that! UPDATE: The room is cleaned every day. And they managed to do everything while we were still having breakfast (20-25 minutes). 👍 The breakfast wasn't very varied, but we didn't die of hunger. In the morning, when leaving the hotel, we greeted the receptionists. We only heard a reply a couple of times. Not very pleasant. By the way, the cleaning lady always greeted us. Overall, a very good hotel in terms of price/service/location. The metro is 1 minute away, the bus is 1 minute, the Grand Bazaar is 10 minutes, and the tram is 5-7 minutes. There are plenty of shops around the hotel: groceries, household goods, clothing/shoes, alcohol, etc. They are open almost until midnight.
