Kleopatra Sun Light Hotel in Alanya

My friends Ali and Hossein and I stayed at the kleopatra Sun light Hotel for 7 nights from December 11 to 18, 2025. To tell you the truth, this hotel was one of the best and most memorable hotels in Alanya that I have ever experienced. Considering that it is a three-star hotel, the services it provided were admirable. The hotel staff, from the reception to the restaurant staff and the service staff, all tried their best to serve the guests. Ms. Rukiye at the reception is kind and helpful and one of the main pillars of the hotel. She is very friendly and sincere and helps the guests everywhere. I am especially grateful to her. Mr. Ozcan, the night shift receptionist, is very hardworking, calm and helpful. Chef Mr. Mustafa will surprise you with his wonderful cooking. Ms. Irade from the restaurant staff is calm and kind, she helps you like a mother in the restaurant, may God protect her. Mr. Hossein and Mr. Ramadan at the restaurant bar are very friendly and excellent. Mr. Ibrahim was also smiling and affectionate at breakfast. In short, everyone was friendly and tried to make sure that we, the guests, did not feel any shortage. This is the result of the efforts of the hotel management and the friendliness of the staff, and I congratulate them. The hotel is located next to the Alanya Central Terminal, but we did not feel any disturbance from the buses. There is no noise, the hotel has internet in the lobby. The rooms were cleaned every day, meaning the staff were cleaning every day, but we ourselves told the service staff to clean every two or three days. As someone who has stayed in Many hotels, I recommend this hotel to you, dear friends.

I love this hotel I am here with my son. Room is so nice and clean stuff is nice thanks to Ferda and greda 🙂 we want to come next year. All meals are open buffet ♥️🙂🎄🎄

We have stayed for 3 days amd it was amazing. If you want a cheap that is not horrible I think this hotel is the best. Food was good and there were a lot of choices. Also staff was so kind and they were always ready to help. Rooms are very simple. Only showering was hard but we handled it. Hotel is really close to beach also bus station is next to hotel

The location is good, apart from the train station right under the windows, but if you choose an active holiday, then it will not bother you.
The beach is 5 minutes walk.
There are shops nearby, the station, as I said earlier, where you can sit and quickly get to the very center of Alanya, which is of course cool.
There is a pool, but I have never been there, but I think many will like it.
The staff is generally good, especially the maids, who cleaned our room every day without unnecessary requests (sometimes we asked not to clean it, as it was clean and wanted to relax in the room).
The biggest disadvantage for us turned out to be food, for which we had to stand in line, but now covid and nothing can be done about it, but that's not even the point, but in the quality of food itself, rarely when it was good, but this is a triple and perhaps it can be correlated price quality. If you evaluate the top three, then perhaps excellent.
