A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The hotel is right by the sea, with a private beach and clear, warm water – perfect for swimming and relaxing. Offers all meals, snacks, drinks, and even some cocktails – great value for the price

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity

We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms

Restaurant- this area was the biggest let down

The food was horrible and mainly catered towards Eastern Europeans, unfortunately couldn’t find any Turkish cuisine which was odd considering we’re in turkey! If you have an allergy then good luck as absolutely nothing was labelled and you had to ask staff what things were

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! Food was jus horrendous, cold chips and dry fish everyday Staff- A big shoutout to the two entertainment girls Zeynep and Suheyla, you guys made our trip amazing and was the reason we didn’t change hotels! I was drinking water and ayran during the whole time. The juice is all like squash, which is literally sweet water. The animation team was really friendly, and we enjoyed all the entertainment

The cleaners were absolutely lovely! A great asset to the hotel as a whole and very welcoming to us every time we saw them! Hotel- the hotel was big some areas needed maintenance but overall public areas were clean

Food / restaurants - We were not requesting something special, so we have good variety of food every main meal. Chicken, turkey, lamb, fishes, vegetables, and various side dishes

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

They held tables for us, got us drinks and checked on us the entire time. We met the 2 lovely people who promote the hammam on site, and had a laugh with them every time we saw them

Very hilly steep climb from reception to restaurants and pools. Also big climb from beach back. Shuttle bus should operate all time but doesn’t. If you want to go anywhere it’s a taxi ride quite expensive

I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

Lunch around pool and beach area was the same every day with one dish changed. Drinks not the greatest either really, alcohol was pretty basic

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

We have just got back from the Royal Garden hotel and I can honestly say my family and I have had the best time

Staff around the hotel not the friendliest and would stand and chat amongst themselves whilst you waited for a drink. WiFi in the hotel was appalling, max speed of 5mps, and that’s when it actually worked

The hotel needs a bit of touching up in most places, there were cracked tiles all over and areas that needed some tlc. Food was ok, but a lot of it was very bland

It would always drop out and you could never get a constant stream. Would not return to this hotel and feel that the 5 start rating is way off

Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours

Atmosphere is good, nice friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities in the evening and day time. Good food, big choice of food. Area is not big but clean and cosy as also rooms are clean and cosy

Amazing food, there was nothing we didn't like. Cleaners- our room was always clean tidy and fully equipped. The pool staff- very friendly. Bar staff- amazing, friendly and very bubbly, definitely made our holiday better

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

The hotel is located very well, near the sea (just 15 minutes to the sea by walking), Shops, markets and restaurants are nearby delicious with good quality Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had everything in our room Very clean! The hotel and reception staff were very kind and polite!

The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

The service for the meals were efficient and tables cleared quickly as well and drinks replenished. overall the staff and service were very good

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

Also, after 12 h on the road, they did not want to give us some food (at an ultra all inclusive programme) because we missed their lunch timetable (after a scene again, the receptionist finally told us that we can eat something at the beach bar - again information that could have been omitted)

There was also a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The entertainment team did a fantastic job – the animations and activities were fun and well-organized

I spent six exceptional days at this hotel with friends. I'd read many mixed reviews about this place beforehand, and none of the negative ones were true. The hotel definitely deserves its 5-star rating

Beautiful decor, vast space, and diversity. The private beach, pier, and indoor and outdoor pools also met my expectations. I had a room on the 6th floor with a stunning view of the mountains and sea

The drinks at each bar were very good and there was a wide selection. The hotel also hosted many attractions, such as a foam party by the pool, discos, vocal performances, and various shows

Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area much beyond a quick visit to the boulevard. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

The bar staff and waiting on staff were friendly but had to deal with a lot of ride customers - basic manners went a long way and we found them all to be really friendly and helpful

also next to the swimming pool there is a booth were you can get fries and hamburgers, and also a patisserie for cookies and ice-cream, and another booth for Gözleme (traditional baked flat bread with filling)

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

5* *Food and Drink* The food was pretty good, it has basic all inclusive style food, average but always something to eat. At lunch there was a snack bar with all the usual bits (pizza

They also had 24/7 snacks in the main restaurant although this was seemingly leftover bread / salad from the evening meal

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

The lunch in the buffet restaurant were also bizarrely stressful people would be pushing and jumping queues (but wasn’t ever like this for dinner)

There were days when people would reserve sun beds with towels to use the bed for maybe an hour and it would stay with a towel on all day, only one day did we see them removing “reserved” towels

The minibar was not refilled with water, the room cleaning was not very thorough (even on the day of check-in it felt like the bathroom had not been properly cleaned – the once beautifully shiny shower doors were covered with unknown splashes)

There was also a lack of basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and there were no bathrobes in the wardrobe. If we had not experienced your hotel in 2024, everything might have seemed acceptable

Could you please share what might surprise us this year? Are there any improvements, changes, or new features we could look forward to?

That said, we truly hope to give Serenity Queen another chance this year and would love to stay at your hotel again for our holidays

The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center

But having clearly seen a higher standard before, it was a bit disappointing to notice that the quality has declined

Hotel complex with Kleoptra beach across the street. The sea view from the balcony comes at a price. Bigger road below and restaurants if you choose a room facing the sea

Excellent hotel for its 4* works well. Cleaning every day, good Internet. Hungry of course you're not staying. But the selection is small, the soup is always just 1. With all the snacking turns feeding 7 times a day

This is especially for those who are drunk)) in the evenings out on the Terrace to smoke Shisha, just super. The staff are all friendly , cheerful. Always joking, I marvel at their patience

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

Iso is so funny guy, animator team are the best, room in hotel are good a lot pools here and bar drink are open a long time

Hotel Ananas is good if you want to go for your family holiday. Food is delicious. Animation team was great. Ismail organised grat fun. I recommend this hotel.

The reception staff provided great support, offering them food upon arrival when they missed dinner, as well as helping with translations and arranging shuttle service when needed

My parents stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in September and they really enjoyed their stay. They appreciated the quality and variety of the food

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

The entertainment team Yasin and Lera are next level, bringing everyone together and keeping a great atmosphere at the pool throughout the day and at night. Nighttime entertainment is excellent also

Be careful of huge sharp rocks in the water (although apparently this is true for all of Alanya, not only this beach). At times it was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as most barely spoke English
