Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Alanya

I was drinking water and ayran during the whole time. The juice is all like squash, which is literally sweet water. The animation team was really friendly, and we enjoyed all the entertainment

The cleaners were absolutely lovely! A great asset to the hotel as a whole and very welcoming to us every time we saw them! Hotel- the hotel was big some areas needed maintenance but overall public areas were clean

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! Nice hotel, great food, friendly staff, good animation, settled into the room ahead of time, there are shortcomings is a maid or almost its absence!

We like this hotel very much even it’s for young couples and WiFi is not free.

As adults, we also found the pools refreshing once we adjusted to the temperature. There were plenty of activities available for the children within the hotel

This hotel is mainly focused on tourists from Russia, bit a shame because 80 % of the personnel don’t even speak English. All the programs and animations are in Russian language

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

We went on 07/1/2022 with a family with a child 1 year 4 months old, it turned out 7 nights, but 6 days, which of course is sad and not enough, but what can you do. We arrived at the hotel already at night at 02:00

The only disadvantage is rather long distance to the beach, slightly more than 1 km. There are shuttle buses between the hotel and the beach, but we did not use them, since the schedule was not suitable for our children

Food was so tasty and lots of varieties. Also Turkish pizza is available during the day. We loved to walk to the beach ( minutes 10), to the city or to the mountains

We arrived at 5 am and despite this they allowed both breakfast and access to the pool. They even checked us into the room 2 hours earlier. We will definitely stay there again next time

If you are going on holiday during a crowded period, the pool capacity is not enough. During the time period called pita time, we constantly heard comments when we asked for pita from the master

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

The full range of services is excellent. Sauna, hamam, and pool are all in one building! Delicious restaurant and good local liquor. Friends, I highly recommend it!

Large beach with plenty of sun loungers. Various entertainment options, including a basketball court and 2 tennis courts. The food is varied and delicious. Ice cream is served 4 hours a day and is always available

The rooms and the hotel itself need renovation; they're not modern, but they've been built in the 1980s. It's obvious the wooden windows are constantly being painted. You have to open the elevator door yourself

the hotel asked for half price for the 5-year-old child and they told us that we could not stay at the hotel if we did not pay the fee. We asked for cancellation and they rejected .not recommend

There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it

Good points are it’s really clean, rooms are really big and there is always something on to do during the days and nights. The evening entertainment is really quite good and we had a good time

Bad points are the food in the main restaurant is hit and miss but I always found something to eat. It gets really busy and some guests can be quite rude but that’s not the hotels fault

You’ll enjoy this hugely if you like a lively atmosphere. Would also recommended upgrading to a sea view room if offered. We were in room 6015 and the views were amazing

First time in Turkey, stayed at the Eftalia Marin hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff are very friendly with the children. Good range of drinks in the all inclusive and the food was good

Positives -Lots of facilities to use -Island was much bigger than expected -Staff were always working very hard -Good range of food and places to eat -Good size room for family of 4 Negatives - poor choice of all inclusive drinks and not every bar served spirits which meant walking further to certain bars with longer queues

The waterslides were really good aswell! The food court had so much to eat!

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

Service is superb! I came with my husband who is in a wheelchair and it worked very good! The food in All inclusive is very good and fresh. Every evening at the dinner they had barbecue open and it was delicious

The pool was large enough, and for an apart hotel, the animation activities were more than expected

The rooms are very clean, they clean 6 days in a week. We spent a lot of time by the pool and Ken, the entertainer is very sweet with the kids and takes care of all the guests

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

We went in August during the 6 weeks holidays, so there were quite a lot of kids, and it felt very child and family oriented and not many quiet spots to relax without children
