We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

The beach is very close, the food is tasty, the pool is perfect. The staff is friendly. The area is really nice. The music is excellent.

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

I was sceptical because of the reviews, but in general, the hotel is nice. The food is delicious but became boring after a week ( we stayed 12 days)

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

Very hilly steep climb from reception to restaurants and pools. Also big climb from beach back. Shuttle bus should operate all time but doesn’t. If you want to go anywhere it’s a taxi ride quite expensive

Had soup at about 2 am - that was a new experience The next day we went for breakfast and met some of the friendliest waiters you could ask for - Hakan was lovely, as we're all the other waiters

I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

There was a ‘poo’ incident in one of the pools on one of the days and the staff were quick to act and opened the pool as quickly as they could

Lunch around pool and beach area was the same every day with one dish changed. Drinks not the greatest either really, alcohol was pretty basic

The Turkish spa experience was one to remember. My little one loved the playground. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to stay in kids club but this seemed well run

We have just got back from the Royal Garden hotel and I can honestly say my family and I have had the best time

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

Good value for the price I think. There are 3 pools, kids slides. Not too noisy, but also not very quite as the hotel is in the city. The best impression I had was spa and Turkish bath

Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids

Atmosphere is good, nice friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities in the evening and day time. Good food, big choice of food. Area is not big but clean and cosy as also rooms are clean and cosy

Highly recommend! You also have a hair salon in the hotel aria, and big market is located not far from the hotel if you need something. Keep in mind that hotel is 2 hours away from airport

The hotel has 4 stars, and that’s how I rate it – I remember the trip fondly, though the poolside animations were unfortunately a bit annoying and repetitive

Housekeeping was also disappointing—some staff didn’t clean properly and often left towels and bed sheets unchanged

The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

Do think there could be more included in alcohol drinks, as literally only beer vodka, gin and whiskey and no cocktails!

It’s worth noting at the beginning that, by Turkish standards, the hotel is really reasonably priced

Hard to believe there wasn’t even any baklava! On top of that, about half of our group suffered food poisoning during and after our stay

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

I liked the big pool the most, as well as the rooftop bar, from where you can watch Alaniya's lights in the evening

There was also a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The entertainment team did a fantastic job – the animations and activities were fun and well-organized

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road

Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo

I had a Very good family holiday in your hôtel. Beach is very beautifull, pools are perfects for the kids. Spécial shout, big thanks to the animation team, i have to mention ''Recep'' for his wellness and positive energy

Having read the reviews of this hotel and worrying before we come I was quite surprised. If you’re coming from the UK I’d be aware that an English 5* and Turkish 5* aren’t the same, I would say this is a Brits 3

The rule was not to take the ones out of the rooms for the pool, we seen a lot of people doing this though for extra towels

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

The service in the hotel was on a high level - the staff was always very friendly, positive and smiling. Very clean rooms and restaurants. They are changing the towels every day

Just got back from the hotel was very pleasing, good food, good hygiene and very good staff especially the manager durmus he was very helpful and made me and my family’s experience so much better

Hotel complex with Kleoptra beach across the street. The sea view from the balcony comes at a price. Bigger road below and restaurants if you choose a room facing the sea

Excellent hotel for its 4* works well. Cleaning every day, good Internet. Hungry of course you're not staying. But the selection is small, the soup is always just 1. With all the snacking turns feeding 7 times a day

Room and more and do not all have Wi Fi everywhere and good speed. The staff is friendly, food sea, that's the only-very little fruit. This is bad, but maybe just not the season. The pool is clean, clean thoroughly

And the beach is all a fairy tale! Very close to the Cleopatra beach, a few minutes walk along the beach from the hotel beach, although our beach is also great. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel

We like this hotel, great service, pleasant staff, good location, close to the center. The food is also good, they always try to prepare as much as possible

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

Service all around was perfect, fresh towels daily, lots of water, tea and coffee for your room. Still in love with the whole vacation and time I spent there

The view from my room (not at the pool, but at seaside) was directly of the sea and beach, stunning way to watch the sunrise & sunset

So, I am currently staying at Panorama hotel, and I will write my current impressions, something you might want to know: - they offer beach side rooms, pool side rooms and street side rooms and one thibg they dont tell you, the offer rooms facing other buildings, while the Doors of the apartments are facing the pool

Iso is so funny guy, animator team are the best, room in hotel are good a lot pools here and bar drink are open a long time

Hotel in beautiful place, the views are breathtaking, pools are nice, but there the advantages are ending

The reception staff provided great support, offering them food upon arrival when they missed dinner, as well as helping with translations and arranging shuttle service when needed
