Conveniently located in the city center near the sea. There are no noisy bars or restaurants on the street. There's a big Migros on the next street. The hotel bar always has bottled water. The food is standard for this type of hotel, nothing fancy. The room is typical for a 3-star hotel. It has a refrigerator and air conditioning. Cleaning is infrequent. Free WiFi is only in the lobby and is very slow. Paid WiFi in the room is excellent. I didn't use the pool: loud music, smokers, and a confined space. I only came to the hotel for lunch and to sleep.
Thank you very much to Bilol for his help and attentive service.

Very nice hotel. Great food, and the dining area offers beautiful views. It's really close to the beach. They even have a cat that regularly visits the hotel and he was very friendly. I had a good experience here.

The location is perfect—everything is close by, and most places are within walking distance.
The all-inclusive package offers great lunches and dinners, though breakfast could be improved.
Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel lobby unless you pay extra for access elsewhere.
Alcoholic drink options are quite limited, but the coffee is excellent 😁.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is very beautiful, located in the very center, near Cleopatra Beach, including the cable car. The rooms are perfect; everything is in its place. And most importantly, everything in the room is new and clean.and I also want to say that the man sitting at the reception desk, his name is Bekir, a very polite and hospitable hotel employee

I just came back from Antalya and I can say all these reviews are absolutely rubbish. The day me and my family arrived, there was no room in Aslan city hotel so they put us in a room at Aslan corner hotel. Aslan corner hotel is a budget friendly version of the city version. In the corner hotel, there was broken wooden tiles, dirty blankets and Air conditioning problems. When we got moved to the city hotel, things took a twist. Very friendly staff, very clean, modern rooms and very good air conditioning. Sure the restaurant food isn’t the best here but it’s not like all the food around alanya is very flavorful. And people have a problem with having no free wifi. You have to pay to have it inside your rooms but you can have it for free downstairs near reception. We bought an E-Sim so it wasn’t such an issue. The swimming pool was very good. Me and my family went to the pool everyday in the morning before our activities started and there was a Bar where you could get free soft drinks, beers, juices, coffee’s, hot chocolate and so on. You would get splashed by little children jumping in the pool but you can’t blame the hotel. Besides your near a pool so you will obviously get wet. One issue I had with the pool was alot of smoking around children which is really not safe. There was also safe boxes where you could store any valuable belongings inside your room. There were many amazing events during dinner times such as hired belly dancers, group dancers and so much more. They also made everyone get into a line and dance to some Turkish music which was very amusing. The location was incredible with many clothes shopping areas, electronic shops, currency exchange centers, a water park which was amazing with extremely thrilling rides, barbershop right next to the hotel and the beach which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The service was very good with room cleaning while your gone to your activities, very helpful staff and a friendly bartender in the buffet area. Overall I think Aslan city hotel deserves 4 stars and we had a great time.

+ I stayed in this hotel for a few days by absolute chance and I was very satisfied. The man at the reception spoke good English and helped to solve the problem with ordering a transfer and others. In this hotel you feel calm and comfortable, the rooms are quite small but very clean and cozy. Overall, this is a great place to stay! I recommended this hotel to my acquaintance, he stayed here for a month and was also satisfied with everything except the monotonous breakfasts.
- The only downside is some audibility, our neighbors were throwing up at night and it was audible.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! Such a bad place that I don’t know where to start, the staff are unfriendly and rude, they act like they don’t understand English and are not helpful. When we arrived we were told that our rooms were not available which wasn’t true , they were making up lies and after they sent us to another hotel (Aslan City Corner) we had to stay our first night at a disgusting unclean room until the next morning, we soon found out that many other families had been scammed the same way as we did with the same story every single evening. In reality, they are selling our booked rooms to local people and scamming tourists with fake advertising and much more. The kitchen and dining hall which I refuse to call a ‘restaurant’ is unhygienic. I ended up in hospital from food poisoning and I was not the only one, it was every family we had spoken to that were getting ill from the food at the hotel, it was never served fresh, rotten tomatoes, artificial frozen meat, leaked acid in drink machines, and the same dishes were served every day, presented to you in a different way. The rooms were never cleaned, you had to ask for towels or toilet paper, sand everywhere, sheets with holes and stains, unclean floors, broken shower-head, toilet flush not working, the list could go on. Outside of our rooms were 2 slow, tiny lifts that always were not working and could fit only one person. It was not suitable for disabled people, it was unacceptable. The reception room was the most scariest place, old, smelly sofas with no air conditioning, flies everywhere but this was the only room that wifi could be used. Staff were also not just rude but allowed themselves to make inappropriate and unprofessional comments to guests. The staff never greeted anybody or smiled, always looked unhappy, any problem that you had took long to explain because no one there seemed to speak or understand English.
The pool was smelly, unclean and also never cleaned properly, kids peeing everywhere and staff refuse to clean. Only about 12 sun-beds for 200+ guests, no room at all. Glass cups were broken every day, shattered on the floor and left many injured people. No entertainment at all. Nothing to do at the hotel. They don’t even play normal music, one speaker near the pool playing the same songs every day. The only good thing about the hotel is the location however I do not recommend this hotel to anybody for you’re own safety. Please avoid this hotel. Too many issues that will not be fixed because of the arrogant staff that argue that this place is ‘perfect’ as it is.

Great location. Close to shops, restaurant's and kleopatra beach only 2min walk to the end of the road. Harbor is about a 20min walk where you can find more shopping boat tours and lots of bars.
Other than that I thought the food in the restaurant was very bad and the staff in the reception were rude and didn't want to know. I went to reception to ask about my transfers the next day and she told me to come back the day of my transfer at 9am, if I hadn't made her call I would have missed my transfer to the airport as it was at 8:10am. But the night receptionist was amazing 'mete' was so much help and sat chatting to me in reception when I first arrived because I arrived late at night and couldn't sleep. Also the lady on the bar in the mornings was awesome too.
Rooms were ok apart from my TV didn't work and 1 window didn't open property because of the design of the room. Ohhh and wires sticking out of wall in bathroom.
Pool closed at about 6pm, I thought that was quite early and the older guy that worked there around the pool seems to get annoyed if you splash water.
And bar closed at 9:30pm I think it's just to get you out spending money.
Also only had vodka, beer or raki, even though lots of others displayed

The restaurant staff were the only good thing about it. Shout out to Ahmet 🙌🏽, a child one who does the most. F the owners, the managers are cruel, unfair and thieves.
Location of the hotel is great. Lifts don't work. Internet is poor. Tips...use the Internet from next door. It's free and they are lovely p eople

Unfortunately we got food poisoning from the food at the hotel that ruined our holiday therefor I do not reccomend this hotel.
Hotel was located in very great place and staff was nice. However, the food and drinks offered was the same every day. In addition there was a horrible smell coming from the drain in our bathroom the whole week so our room smelled really bad.
