Sun Vera Hotel (ex Fun Point Hotel) in Alanya

Worst hotel I have ever been to.
Hygiene is not good. Rooms were never cleaned over a 10-night stay and we didn't even get any towels for showering. Cold water didn't work properly. The room was OK, just not very well cleaned.

We asked for towels multiple times at the reception and they promised to bring some to the room, but never happened. The elevator worked, but our (sixth) floor didn't, so we always had to ride to the seventh floor and walk down one floor.

The food was mediocre but not too bad, one day the chicken was not properly cooked and I got a little sick over the night and following day. The Bread is served in a big bag and not taken bread was left there and was again served in the next mealtime. Also Bread which was not eaten but taken onto plates was re-cycled and served again at the next meal (the don't properly check if it is really not eaten, some of the breads in the bag were bitten into...)

Service desk/reception had a very unfriendly young guy and a friendly elder man who proposed us that we get towels and stuff. If I ever was to come to Turkey again, I would not choose this hotel again. Also, as it is stated that the Wi-Fi is free but you have to pay 2EUR per day and per device to use it. The Beach was a 5-10 min walk away, the beach itself was very nice and beautiful, not too overcrowded.

Very bad. The hotel was closed at the end of September. But! The room was sold! They took the money for the stay! But the hotel and the room were not provided! Of course, this is also the problem of the operator - the intermediary who cooperates with the hotel and sells tickets. But! It was a terrible moment! I do not recommend it!

I stayed at Sunvera Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. The room was not properly cleaned — the bedding felt used, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. For the price, I expected at least basic comfort, but instead I dealt with poor maintenance, noisy surroundings, and staff who seemed indifferent to guest concerns.

What’s worse, the amenities advertised online were either unavailable or not as described. It felt misleading and left me frustrated. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one fell far below expectations. Definitely not worth the cost, and I would not recommend Sunvera Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.

THIS HOTEL IS AWFULL!! please do not come here if you are planning to from uk. On a rival to this hotel after traveling all day the lifts was not working so had to carry our heavy suit case up to floor 6 with no assistance. Then to find toilet flush was not working in our room. No free wifi they demand £2 English worth for 1 day wifi. Food is horrendous and cold. IT IS not worth it please don't come here. This place should be shut down. 0 stars from me and family. 👎👎
